This place is awesome! This coffee shop is located inside of a grocery store and has an in house sushi and poke bar. The boba was great ? but the poke was AMAZING. I got a pound of the spicy Hawaiian one and basically ate it all. Try the poke!

the customer service is HORRIBLE here. had a barista nag at her other coworkers to service me, as if she didn’t look me up and down before making a judgement on whether or not she’ll serve me or not. the supervisor was also rude; rolling your eyes and not showing any attentiveness and sighing every time we added something on. if you hate your job THAT much to the point where you bring your emotions to work and put it on other customers, go find another job. and thirdly, we left the convenience store to go eat and get ice cream and came back to order a drink to-go for a friend. we had a full stamp card and the barista scribbled all over it and didn’t tell us if we were good to wait for the drink to be made. the barista making the drink gave me stink eyes, and it was obvious they were talking smack and making fun of me. when the drink was finished, the girl who handed it off didn’t even call it out (like they usually did) and rolled her eyes at me when i grabbed it and walked away. was even told by my friend who accompanied me and another customer that two of the baristas were giving me looks, whispering to each other, and obviously laughing at me and rolling their eyes. PILAU! i even called it out publicly to the cashier near the ABC store side of the store and she didn’t even look surprised at what i said, regarding the baristas being rude. as much as i enjoy the drinks here, teach your staff how to add extra stuff when it’s requested, how to correctly customer service, and to smile. as someone who’s also worked in customer service and food & beverage, their attitudes will NOT be tolerated.

I got the brown sugar milk tea and compared to other boba spots, this is a pretty solid place that won’t disappoint. It was my first time trying this place and I came back twice for the same drink. The one downside was trying to find this place. It’s INSIDE the island convenience store on the left side not the mall.

Delicious and way cheaper than drinks at the resort. I tried the halo halo drink and some pineapple gelato. Would recommend both for satisfying cold+sweet cravings.

Coffee was good and fast service!

I have been to this place 4 times now. The customer service is horrible, they do not add or mix what I want as a customer, always saying its on the side at the bar and I have to mix it myself! Its actually unbelievable the way they treat customers as I observe each time I am in there. How hard is it to add cream and brown sugar for a customer and mix it up??? Is that not what I am paying for in a boba drink? I will give my money and service and recommendation to the boba bar in Paia from now on!

I love this place. Friendly people. Wonderful menu of kool drinks not limited to like a Blue Hawaiian Lemonade. With gelato next to it. So much to choose from.

Glad I stumbled upon Teapresso Bar in the Island Market in Wailea. I was craving milk tea and I realized Maui doesn't have many options. I was a little hesitant at first about the quality of the milk tea because it's being made in a market, but to my surprise it was pretty good! I had the coconut milk tea which was well balanced in coconut and tea flavor. The sweetness was just perfect at 50%. The only thing is that the drinks took a little while to come out. They are very busy and I can see them working hard. For what it's worth, the boba was pretty good and will satisfy your milk tea cravings.

I had the coconut milk tea with boba, regular ice/sugar twice while on Maui, which came out to $6.14. Nicely noticeable tea flavor-they make their tea to order. Slightly on the sweet side but not enough for me to adjust to less sweet. The location is inside Island Gourmet Markets, and also offers smoothies, açaí bowls, pastries, and other sweets. One bonus star for offering above average boba in this area where boba is hard to come by. Only con for me is the paper straw-I much prefer bamboo as an eco friendly option since it doesn't get mushy as you drink.

If you're needing a boba fix while in Maui, this is the place. While I was disappointed there weren't more boba places to choose from, we came here two or three times for our fix. The have a taro ube shake and latte that was also pretty good. They also have a small sampling of Hawaiian bakery sweets to try out while there.
