I experienced some of the rudest service at this restaurant yesterday it started off by being told her you had to buy a soft drink or a bottle of water if I wanted anything to drink my food came out relatively quickly. It was nothing special, and in fact, look like a bunch of leftovers that they put together in the back. Kitchen tasted good, though there was a small side of kimchi.. after eating my meal I asked if I could pay by either debit card or credit card. I was just told no and I paid cash and when I was given my change, it was implied that I should give a certain tip. I told the the server that I’ve been to a restaurant before and I do understand you need to tip. And left it at that start this a

A quaint little korean restaurant off the beaten path. My husband and I were delighted that the owners could speak in English, Korean, Japanese, and Chinese! The food was a giant portion (bibimbap) and soup was hearty and filling. Give it a chance if you're looking for someplace special!

This is a place where you can taste authentic Korean food in Maui, far away from Korea. The menu is also diverse. You can order a variety of Korean food here. The owner of the restaurant was also very kind and nice.
After leaving a tip the waitress came running back to me saying I did not tip the required minimum 15%. It was only two people eating. Never heard of a minimum tip requirement for two people.

I would never eat here again bad service . Hot no A/C food was okay but the service is a long wait for the food. Waitress brought us warm water. Had to ask for cup of ice. Had to go back ask for my food. She forgot the lettuce for my pork belly. Plus didn't have the food we want on the menu. I kept walking back and forth for my food and drinks. She said she busy. She will bring it when she ready. Okay so while we were half way through our food she brings the rest. I was like lady your tip going be small. Paid my bill left her 2.00 dollar tip. She turned and told the other customers 83.00 dollar bill she leave 2.00 dollar tip. I told her did you give us good service/ ? She didn't answer I said that's right you only getting z2.00 dollars tip. No more I wasn't going to give you anything.

Just had lunch today November 3 2022. I order three trays of food. Plus water and guess what? During this time the waitress brought us water bottle it wasn’t cold we asked for Ice in a cup. Then I asked her for other food on the menu she said no more. So what I did. I took the menu and looked the food on my phone and seen what I wanted. Walked up the register and asked to order stir fried vegetables. She okay! Now when our food came out she brought everything except the lettuce that goes with pork belly. So I had walk up to the counter again and ask for it. She then yeah yeah I’m busy I’ll bring it. Plus also the restaurant was hot no Air condition. We waited one hour for our food. Okay this is the best part went up to pay my bill. Told her I will leave her tip on the table. I left her $2.00 dollars bad service. So she walks up to the table and seen the $2.00 dollars that’s all you are tipping me 2.00 dollars? I said did you give me good service? She didn’t answer! Instead she turned and told the customers seating across us and said an $83.00 dollar bill Only $2.00 dollars she left . I told her you can ask any waitress that serves me how much tip I give especially Miko’s restaurant. I give them the best tip ever. When your services sucks you get $2.00 dollars from me. She wanted to make me feel bad I said I am the best tippers when it comes to Resturant. You were the worse waitress… I will never eat there again.
