Went in, grabbed a cake and fell in line. They finished ringing up the customer ahead of me and the worker walks away and helps a customer that just got there and the other workers didn’t bother helping either cause they were too busy talking stories. Maybe they didn’t want to do the writing on a cake or something so they ignored us but whatever the reason, their customer service was terrible. Ended up waiting too long so we just left and got a cake from zippys instead. I have no doubt the desserts are good, that’s what they’re known for but their workers need to fix their customer service.

I understand they closes 10pm so they gotta do all the cleaning and putting stuffs away…But hello we came inside get plenty people so we waited in line with our ice cream cake then there’s 2 person came in after us…bruh we already waited by the register put our damn cake there and still we didn’t get the help we need! Instead of helping us they helped the people who came after us…what a junk workers…

My friends and I decided to stop by for some ice cream after lunch. The worker -- Ary offered us SAMPLES !! And let me tell you Cookie Monster is so delicious !! Lots of options to choose from. I will most definitely come back here. Thank you Ary for letting us sample and making us feel so Welcomed !!

We went in to grab late night ice cream and the girl with braces even though she looked so tired she was being so kind to us and she was really helpful considering how late it was. The other worker had a lot of attitude and she wasn't helping the girl with braces, she was just staring and not doing anything. She was making the girl do all the work. I give her props she's such a hardworker !!!

Me and my family went in for late night ice cream and the girl Ashley was rude and unprofessional!! she was on her phone while I was trying to order our ice cream, I'm never going to that Baskin-Robbins again, so Pilau!

I come here almost every Wednesday and some times Thursday . It is always the same girl , her name is Ary . She always does an amazing job and even though they get busy she still has a smile on her face and also has so much patience . Thank you Ary for the great customer service . We always look forward to coming back . ((;

Tonight after having a family dinner. Went to baskin robbins to take home for the rest of the family. Ordered 2 kid creations 1 unicorn, 1 dinosaur. Lady asked rudely "what flavor" (with an attitude). Then ordered 1 single scoop mint chocochunk. Lady responded "WHO?!" Then ordered a cappuccino blast. With her again asking rudely "did you want whip cream". Asked to lids, and the kid creation hats that comes with it but I get more of an attitude. It was not busy with my family of 3 was the only customers in the store. Never where I had such horrible customer service like this. I've worked myself in food service but I would had never treated a paying customer like that.

Went in and all the doors to the ice cream were open and not as cold as it should be. When we got our order it was already melting. The worker taking my order did not smile at all or say hi. And the tables there weren't cleaned either.
No doubt, desserts are always a must! The place is great but employees need to be more friendly and quicker in service. It was busy and I understand that part. Thanks to the worker who helped me today, I know she's doing her best no matter how tired she looks.

It was pretty busy at this location, and it was pretty clean considering. The line was long but Rae, who was the only one working, did SUCH an amazing job! She was knocking out everyone's orders and she made sure to get the orders just right. She was also so nice! For being by herself on a busy day like today, I hope she gets the recognition she deserves. All of our ice creams came out tasting great as well! Thank you Rae!

It is New Years Day and we wanted ice cream for dessert after lunch. We walked in and there is a line. Then we notice the young lady behind the counter is working by herself. She did a great job taking orders, filling orders and ringing the sales!! She did it all by herself while also being polite and courteous.

Don’t buy freshly packed quarts or pints from this location. I’ve gone twice now and both times they packed it very light. The one quart I bought tonight was probably missing a pints worth of ice cream. Other locations make sure they pick it in and fill the containers. I don’t think I’ll lbs going back to the Kunia location.

Hubby and I came here wanting dessert. I ended up getting one scoop of the ube coconut swirl in a cup. This was actually enough for me since I was getting full from dinner prior. They close at 10 pm which was nice cause most places close early. It was a nice treat after dinner. Not too crowded here if you come later and before they close. Plenty of parking up front at night. Not sure about in the afternoon which is probably the most busiest time of day to get ice cream. They seem to have new flavors all the time. Definitely worth it.
