I like the homey and cozy ambience! Food was stellar, and I throughly enjoyed their array of sides and sauces!

One thing that's nice about this chain is the consistency between locations. No matter which one you go to, it's the same food quality, service, & flavors. The parking can get a bit tight at times in the busy shopping center they sit in.

Great selection and quality ingredients. Highly recommend the fish ball w roe and the tribe. Smacked. My fav broth is tom yum and seafood broth. Service was very present and took away used dishes quickly so we could eat mo. Very cozy feeling place that will warm ya soul

The food is pretty good, in the sauce section you have to mix and match. I really found some interesting combinations that I didn't know existed, Ask the staff members.

Well organized. Good service they don't let the empty dishes pile up. Lots of space. A lot of food to choose from also the sauce bar. Also like that they have suggestion recipes on the sauce bar that you can make to go with certain kind of food item you have in your hot pot.

Food is good. The interior of the place and the type of furniture doesnt speak for the high quality of service they provide.

The food was great and some of the servers there as well. Just had a problem with one server who was very rude to me and my friends. But we're not the only ones in there who had a hard time with this server. Theres a girl who works at the cashier that wears glasses, be aware of her attitude there. A lot of side eyeing, laughing after whispering to a server there while the boy was helping my other half. She needs to work better. Attitude affects people out there. She definitely need to have better manners as well as we had did saying thank yous. Not a smile whatsoever.

Came in for the first time to eat dinner here. The food was great, our server was awesome but the lady at the cash register with glasses needs to work on her manners. She was quite rude and upon leaving she was whispering to her coworker and they were giggling while me and my friends left. This lady needs to find another job or fix her customer service skills. Everything else was fantastic.

Was there today for lunch 9/15/23, service was great . The two waiters , the tall guy and had a guy wearing a cap . They serviced us very well always checking if we needed more meat . Very attentive and friendly . Restaurant was clean and neat especially by the refrigerator and vegetable bar . The sauce bar was also neat and clean . Price was reasonable for Ayce . Will be coming back to this location again.

We've been coming to this place for hot pot pretty frequently. Generally, the service is okay. But while paying the bill on our last visit, I was really put off by the older female server/cashier, as she had deliberately shortchanged me on adding points to our rewards program. She discourteously told me, "Oh never mind, never mind, you don't need" and proceeded to click off the tab when I attempted to input my number for additional points for this meal. Her rude gesture caught me by surprise and confused me. Doesn't she understand the purpose of having a rewards program is to incentivize the customer for more return business? Frankly, she thought she could gain a couple of dollars from this transaction, but with that scummy move, she just offended a regular customer. I think it's time to bring our business elsewhere.

My new fave shabu shabu place. Mainly because of the service. John was phenomenal. So attentive, kind and quick. Mei Ching (sp?) was also so polite. This location was very roomy, clean and well stocked. The broth was yummy and they brought out hefty portions of meat.

If it's AYCE & BYOB....count me in. Good selection of sausages, potstickers, veggies, and noodles. I was pleasantly surprised to see a variety of mushrooms being offered too. We always get greeted quickly no matter how busy they are.
