Drive thru used to be more of a pain than a convenience at every jack in the box, even the outer islands. They couldn't hear you, and you couldn't hear them, and to make it worse, they could barely speak English, so if they can barely speak English, then they can't understand the words that's coming out of my mouth. I'm yelling my order from the top of my lungs at the Mililani Jack in the box that the Wahiawa Jack in the box could hear me. It's funny now but not back then. They must have upgraded their intercom system cause now they speak good English and you can hear them clearly, because before you couldn't understand JACK SH..

My go to Jack in the Box late night when im hanging or early morning when i need a quick breakfast on the go?24 hour Drive thru in the early morning is quick even though its made to order and theres a little wait. Been to others and the wait is wayyyy longer so id rather drive a bit out of the way and order food here??
They are always out of stock, but they don't pull the advertisement. Advertising something they don't carry. Wasted time and

Came at 9:00 pm bc this is one of the only places open this late, just wanted a salad and a milkshake. came all the way to this location hoping to have better luck but apparently after a certain hour all their grills just "break" and they only have fried items. Now I am stuck in this drive thru because they are taking long on the fried item(s) the cars in front ordered.

Dec5 2023 12:45 am drive thru order the bagel for 2 at $4.50 and 2 tacos then proceeded to pay . The cashier informed me that the promotion for the bagels had ended so i asked why is it still on menu board he said he doesn't know. Then I asked for the store number and his managers name on shift he doesn't know.sigh so I drove to pearl city Jack's and got the 2 bagels and tacos I wanted... wth is going on jack!!

Came to try the new boba drink, lady at drive thru rudely told me they didn’t have. Came back the next day, same lady with the same rude attitude but they had the drink. Ordered a milk tea boba but they gave me the coffee boba.

WHY HAVE A SIGN THAT YOUR DINING ROOM IS OPEN WHEN YOU GUYS LOCK THE DOOR WITHOUT ANY EXPLANATION?? I also work in the food industry but unfortunately we can't keep our doors closed or else we'd be out of business, which I'm surprised this hasn't closed down and should be like the Wendy's across the street.

I ordered some tacos, one didn't have cheese on it...it seems as though every time I come here I get horrible service and different answers. I was told they couldn't do the potato wedges without the bacon- low and behold you can. I asked for a side of cheese sauce- they had no idea what I was talking about until I asked them about the "cheese sauce" on the tacos. I asked about the angry tacos and if they were spicy ( red shells don't always mean they are spicy) she laughed and said a little. Train your people. They should, at bare minimum know the menu and how to answer questions and if they don't know.. ask.

Wish I could rate this place more accurately. But unfortunately the doors were locked. And, the sign on the outside says the dining room is open. Lovely.
