Overheard customer prepaid order and person she ordered from did not put order in..As for us 2md time we order oyster sauce chicken cake noodle. Noodle UNEDIBLE old extra hard double triple cooked hard unedible. Chicken sat out hard

Typical local Chinese. We had only done take out but wanted to try their dine in facilities. Menu was good, food was fast and hot and tasty. However, when the bill came, they had already added in a 15% gratuity, and we were only a party of 3. When I gave my card to pay, the receipt also included the usual blank space to add a tip. The cashier didn't cross it out or even say anything the whole time. If I hadn't been checking, they would have gotten me to pay a tip twice! That's shady af. Stay away from dine in and just get your order to go.

I eat here Fo usually lunch , either eat in, or take out, my favorite place wen I want Ginger cold chicken, I think, they make one of the Best! So I order the Lunch combo, 2 choice, Ginger chicken w / Char - shu! the bomb! The price went up a little, but worth it! I’ll be back , wen I craving it again! Mahalo!

The food is consistently great, however the staff seems like they are purposely adversarial. This may be a case of making a family member work against their will. While the portions continue to shrink, the flavor has been unaffected.

The food was actually really good! The honey walnut shrimp was nicely flavored! Everything about it was perfect. Salt and pepper pork chops was on the dry side. Plenty of flavor but i definitely had better. Nice heat to it though. Beef chow fun was actually really good the noodles were nice a soft. Plenty of black bean sauce, beef and bell peppers! Roast duck had a good flavor, again I did have better but I would totally re-order all this food again. I appreciate that they had the duck on some vegetables! Very nice touch The only reason for the 2 star knock off was definitely their customer service. They are very mean! Over the phone I felt rushed when I ordered. Upon arrival the guy at the front just stared at me and I was like " hi I'm picking up a food order" and he continued to stare at me like I was an idiot. He goes "ok......" with a stare... and I answered " oh I'm sorry they didn't ask for my name on the phone, I ordered the roast duck, honey walnut shrimp, salt and pepper pork chops..." he cuts me off and walks away. Very awkward. Comes back and reads everything I ordered and I said yes that's the one. And then he just stared again at me like I could read his mind. Didn't tell me my total he just assumed that I'd give him money. I was very confused and I felt very uncomfortable. They really need to work on that customer service and I would ALWAYS COME HERE, with my family! When we came it was a bit busy. Great place for a big family dinner, or a small family dinner.

Ordered scallop soup from there today. Only consisted of egg and bamboo shoots s! Do not waste your money on this place!!

Food was pretty good, portions not as before, but times change.Why the lower scores?Did not appreciate as many other food establishments are adding an automatic tips on the bill of 15%. That is a lousy way to boister your bill. So IF the service was lousy food substandard what is the customer's recourse? Not patronize the establishment and review it here. Tips should be earned as I've been taught in my food service past in pretty every position in a restaurant and club from BOH to FOH. Sad the some in the industry has to take this route instead of just do your best. I've always been a good tipper, if all is outstanding you will get more than 20% of the bill. Just disappointing. Another added to my list of not anymore.
