Idk why the 3 Jamba Juice locations have phone problems. Ewa rings and rings, & Kunia and Waikele rings once and is silent. I'm trying to see if they have gift cards to purchase for presents and don't want to drive there to find out (because Ewa is out of physical cards). I think customer service and info is priority. I'm trying to get in touch with you because I want to support your business. Of course if I can't get info, I will look elsewhere where.

The smoothies were great! They got one of the orders wrong, but they were super busy and we didn't hold it against them. The establishment was very clean. The biggest problem was their priority of online orders. They had plenty orders coming in, but no one to pick them up. Meanwhile, those waiting to order in person, like us, had to wait awhile. That being said, it might be best to order ahead.

What’s the point of ordering online ahead if you’re just going to wait longer? I had other customers who ordered after me get their drinks before me.

Went in an hour before they close & they had two signs up saying "Buy 3 medium drinks, get one free," so we ordered the 3 medium & ordered the 4th drink thinking it was going to come out at the end. We paid $35 & asked for the receipt just to find out out we got charged for all 4 drinks, we then asked a worker who was putting up another one of those signs & he said that it doesn't start till tmrw. That doesn't make sense?????? Why put up a sign for a promotion an hour before close the day before when its starts the next day???? They closed in an hour, they couldn't have done that after? It took the worker less than 3 min to put it up. Lame a**

This is the WORST Jamba Juice location that I have ever went to. I ordered 2 smoothies. One of the employees made my juice really watery and the other employee did a good job. The employee who made the watery smoothie didn't stay at the counter long enough to hear what ingredients I wanted in my smoothie. He just walked away and started making it while I was giving the other employee my order. The place did not look that clean on the inside. The 2 employees did not seem like they were on the same page. On my way home, one of the drinks started to separate at the lower half of the cup. Just AWFUL!!! Just the worst experience I have ever had. I will always love Jamba Juice but I will never visit this location again!

Where do I start. I walked in Jamba Juice and no one was at the counter. Then a young man walked out near the counter then went to get someone else so they could take my order. Both gentlemen came to the counter. After I started giving them my order, one of the guys walked away quickly to make my Green and Ginger Juice BEFORE I could finish saying what I wanted in the drink. After I finished my order, the guy at the register started yelling the other guys name to tell him what I wanted but the other guy did not acknowledge him. So he yelled again and still....no acknowledgement. The guy picked up a big white bucket looking container that did not look clean. I could not see if he poured that in my cup or not so I will assume the best....that he did not. Because I ordered 2 items, each guy made one of the items. The 2nd guy made my drink really well. It was thick and looked like the normal smoothie I always order. But for the love of God.....the first guy made an AWFUL smoothie for me. It was SUPER WATERY!! I didn't have the heart to say anything. I just took both smoothie and left!!! On my way home, I noticed after about 5 minutes, the drink was starting to separate.....it was almost clear on the bottom half of the drink It looked DISGUSTING!!! There is no way my husband and I are drinking those smoothies. We threw them away. Beware when ordering at this location!!!

I like Jamba Juice--their smoothies and their bowls in particular. However, a few of the people that works in here have NO work etiquette whatsoever. I came in and ordered a few things for my friend and there are a few things I want to call out. Scooping the acai--aren't you supposed to wear gloves? I seen one of the workers, one with the earrings, scoop the acai out of their containers without gloves on. I don't wanna sound like a broken record but aren't employees supposed to wear gloves when prepping food to prevent cross contamination? I only seen him wear gloves when when prepping the rest of the bowl. On the brighter side, the guy prepping the bowl was very nice. Another thing is--I do not mind at all having conversations while working as I do it myself. HOWEVER, if you are having a loud conversation as if there's no customer there, AND go as far as mentioning the b word right in front of multiple customers is just VERY poor work etiquette. to the management--pls tell your employees to have a little bit more consciousness because the people that worked during the lunch shift on January 3 doesn't have work etiquettes... at all.

The cashier had an attitude. Talked to me like I didn't know what I was ordering. And when I got my order, it was barely full. The bananas were obviously old and I don't know why the strawberries were cut into cubes. I didn't get the workers name but she had a nose piercing (hoops). Worst jamba I've ever visited!!

Seriously....WHY the fk is this s*** not filled all the way?!?! So expensive AND I didn't even get what I paid for!!!! WORST location I have ever been to!!!!
