We ordered Original Chicken but the chicken looks different. They are kind of too dark and when we ate, it was very very salty that we couldn't get to eat it. We are so disappointed. It ruined our craving to eat KCF chicken. I think the it was altered from crispy to original and it became too salty. ???

Just got home from a hard day at work only to see my whole order completely wrong!!I ordered:- The taste of KFC $30(6 pcs Chicken, 4 sides, 4 biscuits)- Large side Smash potatoes $8- 1 medium and large Pepsi $6What I got:- 6 pcs of chicken, no sides, 4 biscuits- A large smashed potato- a medium and large PepsiThere wasn't even a long line; only 2 cars in front of me. This doesn't taste like KFC, this TASTES like a RIPOFF!They even got my chicken wrong?♀️ We wanted KRISPY, not whatever tf they just gave me.

On 29DEC23 around 6:00PM someone dumped an absolutely horrendous smelling liquid in the drive through then poured soapy water on it. It’s all under my vehicle and is making me sick to my stomach.

Never have I ever been to a restaurant where hat so r allow you to offer extra sauce on the side. The only reason they got 3 stars is because they allowed it this time. But in the future they won't give me extra sauce per Mike. Congratulations, I will now, never go back because I cant order my food how I want to eat it. So you just lost a customer because you won't let me buy e ya sauce... amazing management operations.

Poor customer service. We ordered 8 items via DoorDash from this location and they only provided the DoorDash employee with 2 items. How does that happen? And then when I try to contact your store for over an hour straight, you folks don't answer the phone. Pilau!

Other than a slight mixup on our order that got corrected, it is a good KFC location.
Spacious, clean, and peaceful place to tuck in for lunch. I enjoyed my chicken tenders, macaroni, and biscuit. I think KFC has better biscuits but Poppies breading rains supreme in my view. Notwithstanding, I'd come here again and know lunch would be delicious.Consider getting spicy chicken tenders added.

This KFC seems to get a lot of hate. I ate here yesterday and everything was terrific. This KFC is clean and spacious compared to the KFC in town on McCully. We got Wiki meal and the Famous Bowl meal. Both meals were reasonable priced. The Wiki meal was $7.99. It came with two pieces of chicken, mashed potatoes and a biscuit. The Famous Bowl meal was $9.99 and came with a famous bowl and drink. Haven't had chicken from KFC in a long time; partly due to them not having any convenient locations. But I was at Waikele today & thought I'd give them a try.The chicken was tasty & good like I remembered. The original was a bit salty though. I do prefer the extra crispy, as I like that crunch when you bite into it. Just wish eating the skin was good for you...oh well. :)
