I got the short ribs plate and it wasn’t good :( The short ribs had no flavor and the rice was very mushy. Do not recommend this location at all.

Mini chicken cutlet. More than 77 % of plate unedible old meat from how many days, hard no meat. Most jerky old like. Lots of gravy ?. Nice crisp on the better pieces . . It's a hit and miss

Went on Wednesday afternoon for lunch had the cheeseburger deluxe is very good flavor was good. Now did order the garlic cheese french fries . They were disgusting very little cheese garlic was burnt. The french fries were short little leftovers pieces very hard probably from the day before and they just refried them was very disappointed. Since L & L usually has good quality food these particular items were not good only the cheese burger . And now these days prices of eating out not cheap will not go here again. Will just go McDonald's

We'll always a place to go and get Fried Saimin for any party or gathering. Located in the old Waipahu town next door to Savers . Make sure you go to the correct L&L because there's another L&L location in the Waipahu Town Center . I normally phoned my order in and they always have it ready for pick up without paying over the phone . It's a small pan of fried Saimin for about $26 dollars can't go wrong it feeds up to 10-12 people ? . Depending on how much everyone takes lol . It has a lot of fish cake on the top with lots of green onion. The noodles is cooked perfectly not oily and not tasting like sesame oil . Lots of parking and fast friendly service so next time if your in the neighborhood you can either order a fried Saimin plate or a small pan for your future parties. Support local and be safe

Looks like a normal L&L but the boy working the counter was so sweet to me that I just had to write a review. The service was excellent and lovely and I got my food in a timely manner. The food was very tastey. My Katsu was nice and crispy but not too dry (a common problem with L&Ls) and the curry was thick and rich (as currys should be!). They were open on New Years when I needed to cater for my party!

This is the best L&L on da island. If you ever need your local bbq plate lunch cravings satisfied then this is the place to go! I got the Chicken Katsu plate and I must say it was very flavorful and crispy, and I could also taste the freshness of my food. In each bite there was always a nice crunch! The cashier was very caring and nice! He made sure my table was clean and sanitized. He even gave me ample utensils and napkins. I would recommend coming here if you're ever in the area. I heard that this location has a new owner and think this L&L is worth a try. I will be coming here again, this is my new go-to L&L.

I walked past this L&L multiple times after heading to shop at savers and I decided to give it a shot! I ordered the chicken katsu regular size. The interior looks nice and clean. It was very festive having a Christmas tree up with very nice decoration. The katsu is very delicious and crispy. Food came out in a timely manner and the rice and side macaroni was delicious. The cashier was very kind and polite with the customers and even wiped the table for us when we sat down. Definitely one of the better L&L on island. I would say this is the best L&L on island with its food being fresh and the customer service on point. Would come back again for the food and to support the local business.
I ordered take out the chicken katsu tonight and it was not fresh. The food wasn't hot like it was just cooked, it was like they had used an order that wasn't picked up for mines. So disappointing and such a waste of money. Would think twice about eating here again.

Rice was hard omelette was plain and raspberry ice tea seems watered down the only thing good about this place is that you can dine in other then that it’s pretty bad if you can’t get breakfast right then imagining what’s the rest of the menu is like .
