I was over-charged by at least $10, but by not contesting cost until three weeks later, manager(?) denied bilking me. Went to eat with friend, and was too busy to think about questioning cost. Manager tabulated items separately, unseen; however, three weeks later, cost was rung up and available to be reviewed. Both times, no tabulation of items bought presented, just the charge. Yeah, my bad.

Stopped for lunch after golf last month, and was over-charged by about $10. I did not think to contest the cost then because I was too busy eating/talking with friend. I did think it was somewhat costly, but we've eaten there several times before, and the manager(?) on this date tabulated cost unseen and just presented total cost which I put on my charge card. Three weeks later, again after golf, ordered essentially same items, but this time the same manager tabulated cost on register in front of me and could see the charge. I later confronted manager about previous over-charge, but she vehemently denied it. She got my extra $10, and I hope her conscience is clear. Was my bad for not asking about cost in first place.

I was so excited to get my garlic ahi! But when my order came I was so disappointed I fought back tears. It was cooked so poorly and they used such old fish that I didn’t even recognize it from other good L&Ls I’ve been to. Also they put a grape in my plate instead of an actual tomato….. I will drive miles out of my way to avoid this restaurant and go to another one of the chains if given a choice.

What a great little spot! It’s a little suspicious in the area at night with the strong orders of weed but the food was just amazing! Within at least 10 minutes, the food was ready, we collected a treat next door to the place! The chicken Katsu was beyond words the best! Very crispy, tender, and full of flavor. I think it’s a competition between this place here and Queen Street Cafe! Highly recommend this place, you won’t be dissatisfied!

Your normal L&L, I love it here. The food is great and the workers as well.
Went because we went to Walmart, been here a few times, never had an issue till now.. Like most of these establishments, almost the same menu, some has a little more than others, but this place the menu is a little busy.. Ordered the shoyu chicken, think it was sitting for a few days in that sauce, too f#%! strong, didn't taste right either...also ordered the seafood mix, another bad choice, the seafood had WAY too much batter and I know they refried it.. I've been to a few of these establishments but I'll stick to the more cleaner ones, this one's a little to dirty..think they need to renovate or completely shut it down, this one's been here for awhile, just new owners.. People are nice, wish I could say the same about the food.. Think twice before ordering..

Bought a shoyu chicken plate. Was old and microwaved. I didn't hear any pots and pans being moved. Only noise heard was the microwave door opening and the person pressing the buttons. Never again. Terrible.

I'm sure no one will care because your locations are franchises, but I need to share. Earlier I called this place for a quote on a small pan of kalbi. I was quoted around $45. My mom went to pick it up and suddenly the total is $72. My mom asked about the quoted price and the cashier said "kalbi is expensive." I get it, mistakes happen. I work in customer service but this was nonsense. Almost $30 difference! There are only 9 pieces of kalbi in the tray which means my poor mom paid $8 per piece. Way to take advantage of an older lady, what garbage service.

I ordered their beef curry and when i got it, part of it was warm and part of it was cold. Must’ve been microwaved cause the potatoes and the meat were cold. I also ordered the loco moco and it tasted nasty. You could tell the oil they used was old. I swore to never g o this place again and I don’t recommend going to this place.
