Every single time I’m in there and that Asian girl that’s a cashier is in the front ALWAYS rolls her eyes at me or gives me a damn attitude. I’m a long and loyal customer and today she just really push my buttons with her low class customer service. Unfortunately, you’ve lost a long time very loyal customer! Your cashiers need to do some training on how to give service. And it’s so nice how the front employees are on there phones too… not doing there job… Do better!

The last time I came here it was terrible, so terrible that it kept me away for about 4 years. Was reluctant on going there last Sunday, but decided to eat something prior to taking the trip to the North Shore. Ordered me some Hamburger Steak and asked the counter clerk that if I could have me burgers well done, and gravy over the rice and Mac salad. When I got my plate it looked Winnah's.....BUT when I tasted it, it simply was "Broke da Mouff!" Hoooooo this buggah had action! Never had a more beautiful trip to Waialua before this day! I was looking at my eyelids throughout most of the trip due to suffering "Kanak Attack!" The service was amazing! The girl that helped us was very professional, helpful, and even brought our food to the table....at a Drive-In! Awesome, awesome, Winnah's! Mahalo Loco Moco Kunia!

Ordered thru door dash and very satisfied. Order delivered within 20 minutes. Food was hot. Got mini chicken katsu and mini hamburger steak. The portions were really big for mini plates!. Prices are reasonable for amount of food too. Chicken katsu good flavor, good size. Hamburger steak cooked just right and gravy was nice and hot. Very flavorful! Highly recommend eating here!

Whatever you do, DON'T BUY THE SPECIALS THAT INCLUDE A DRINK. They will charge you for a drink and plate separately. It's supposed to be $12 for plate and medium drink. Instead, they charge $14(plate) and $2(medium drink). The food has changed a lot from the when they first cooked them.
Loco Moco wasn't that great, patty was dry no flavor, only flavor was the gravy and need to retrain the cook to know what is sunny side up from over easy. Other then I would give this loco Moco plate a 4. It wasn't the same like before... thank youWo .........BBQ Mixed Combo Plate........................

We were craving these plates from Loco Moco Drive Inn. We both got regular plates, loco moco and hamburger steak. I enjoyed my plate, I don't eat all the rice but if you love rice you won't be disappointed. It's one of the favorites by the locals but we prefer the gravy and patties from this location. If you are in the area definitely check them out.
