The food was fine and met my expectations, but the restaurant itself was in a weird state. The play place was closed, the bathrooms were closed, and the self-serve drink stations were walled off. Not sure if things were being worked on or if this was the norm, but fairly strange nonetheless.

Please clean the tables. Only 3 tables in the dining room area were in use. All of the empty tables were dirty. Visibly dirty crumbs and cup rings...

McDonald's is a great Resturant where you can enjoy their sandwiches, drinks, desserts, dairy products and more. They workers are pleasant and make sure your meals are nice and hot.McDonald's is the best ????
Poor service. 30 min wait time in the Drive Thru. Window cashier can't do basic math. Like really dude couldn't even do the difference with $0.07!!! He legit said "oh too late as he pushed the button" like wtf! And he had the audacity to give us the $.93, a Have a good rest of your night, slam his window shut and place his back to the window! Tbh it was more funny to us than anything but seriously!No one working has any sense of urgency!

Please police your curbside pick up area and kick out people who just park there and or leave their cars empty. Couldn't find a space because of people parking in the curbside spaces and also staying and eating their food in those spaces. Your location was finally tolerable without having to use your drive thru and now it's getting bad again.

I had ordered a few minutes ago for two coffees in the drive thru. I was out in the waiting stall to pick up for 15 minutes. I was wondering why people behind me in line were leaving before me. I was disappointed and confused at the fact how two coffees could take so long to complete and deliver. I thought that the Waikele location was the worst but this takes the cake.

Ordered two drinks, took twenty minutes to get while every other meal order went out. Then service was rude when asked about it. Will not be going back to this

The soda is always off. I know for a fact they have the machine putting less syrup. Its carbonated,but lacks the taste. Being cheap, yet the drink prices keep going up. Can we get quality?!
