Went in today and asked for a simple order of 6 chocolate chip cookies. The wait time was not even a minute and the cookies looked, tasted, and even felt like they were sitting where ever they keep their cookies for a week or even more. They crumbled to the touch, fell apart easily, cold, dry, and nothing like the "soft chewy cookie" texture it was supposed to be.

11/25 @ 4:55pOrder ready on time, hot, and special request items (plain McDouble, no salt fries) correct. Ordered through the app for free fillet-o-fish sandwich using reward points. It was a little bigger than a slider so it appears to have shrunk in size from what I remember. Excellent service at the counter.

Looks like someone dropped a nugget but still threw it in my order. Nothing like finding a greasy dust ball in your food I called to get a refund because I didn't want to go back knowing how they handle their food but the manager said she can't do that and I have to go in to get a free 20 piece nugget for next time. I'm not going there again

Make sure you check your bag before you leave. I don't know why 95% of the time these clowns always mess up my order. MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR BAG BEFORE LEAVING ANY MCDONALDS!!!

If I could give this McDonald's a negative score, I would. I went there to order a couple of meals and also wanted to try their Shamrock McFlurry. Which according to the advertisement looked very appealing to the eye. Instead I got something that would make you lose your appetite. Because I work hard for my money, I would expect to get what I deserve and paid for. In return I asked the worker why the McFlurry looked like this and she said with an attitude "the machine is broken to mix it". So, I asked for the manager and she rolled her eyes at me. Then the manager came out and I told her that I don't appreciate her worker treating me like that and her attitude. The worker that needs to be retrained on her customer skills is named Lea Guzon. And I'm pretty sure that many companies here in the United States has a policy on speaking other languages other then English is not permitted while on the clock. Unless helping a customer who doesn't understand English well. This is one McDonald's that I will not return to.

I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s for a very long time and I never had a bad taste from them. They are so cooperative in serving the community of Kunia. Especially good place to eat after shopping at Walmart. There’s a lot of seating to dine in as well.

Always good food. One suggestion..when people have an order that is going to take some time, have them pull off to the side.
I enjoyed the fries and the apple pies I ordered, that’s about it. Unfortunately the fish sandwich and Mc Chicken was dry, overcooked and tasteless. I noticed my order came out quickly, so I’m guessing my food was reheated and it tastes like that. I’m not sure why they thought I deserved food that tasted like it needed to be tossed out. Disappointed by the quality.
