It's a stable taste. We recommend the beef broccoli and orange chicken. The fortune cookies you receive as an extra are surprisingly delicious (lol)! If you're tired of shopping at the outlet, you can have lunch here.

Panda is my go to "orange chicken" craving. I have specific Panda Express restaurants which I go to because some places don't cook it right. I like it crispy and flavorful. The workers there are always awesome and great customer service. The restaurant is always clean inside and has that Chinese/modern feel to it. Thank you

This was my first visit at this Panda Express location and it will be my last. The food was terrible at best, over cooked and tasted old. I do not recommend this place.

There was absolutely no parking at all I had to have my wife go inside to order while I circled the lot. The food I got was very old. Fresh orange chicken is soft and hot mine is crunchy and taste like it was left on the counter over night. The rice has a hard texture to it and taste old. It’s almost like it’s been sitting under the heat lamp for hours before serving to me. Very very upset with this location. Between my wife and I, we ordered 2 spring rolls, 1 order of cream cheese rangoons, and 2 plates. Order was placed @8:02pm so there was more than enough time to serve fresh food before closing @9:00pm.

Ordered my food online and said would be done by 6:50 pm. I get here and its not ready . It's pass the time and i'm still waiting 20 mins after. They didn't even start cooking one of my orders until way after i go there and asked for my pickup. Ordering online should be faster not slower. It's the convenience of it. Really disappointed in the service I got today. And I come here all the time.

Panda is panda hahaha. Not the best Chinese food you'll ever have but convenient and VERY affordable. Every time I come here, it's always gonna be 2-choice--- Orange Chicken and Beef Broccoli (as little beef as possible please) and Chow Mein. This particular location is the closest to our house (aka most convenient) and aside from super busy periods, there is ample parking available.

I love eating Chinese food and this location was pretty busy during lunch time but the line goes quickly. Hubby ordered for me. He knows what I like. He got me half and half, fried rice and noodles with mushroom chicken and fried tofu with eggplant. The two dishes were delicious and made to order when they run out of food. To drink I got a Coke zero. I got a large drinks which I didn't have to refill because it was a lot of soda. The inside had tables but the tables with 4 chairs were taken. Mother in law and I sat together at the tables with two chairs along the wall and hubby and daughter sat behind us. The restroom was in the back and I think they only have one restroom. I saw a guy waiting in line. I would definitely come to this location if I am in the area. Limited parking up front. It's a small parking lot.

Ok, I know Panda's isn't what people may crave for a fine dining experience, but it's a lot healthier option than other fast food options, and the portions are large enough for two meals for most people!!! Not to mention, if you are on a keto diet, just sub the healthy greens for rice/noodles and eat guilt free (just avoid the teriyaki sauce, orange chicken and honey walnut shrimp to avoid getting out of ketosis, oh and no fortune cookie for you!). Ok, now that we have discussed keto, we can talk about eating your veggies! Did you know people who ate 5 servings of veggies/day have 12% lower risk of heart disease and stroke and 10% lower risk of cancer? Go to Panda and get your veggies! I think you could easily get 3 -4 servings of veggies if you substituted your rice or noodles for the mixed vegetables!!! So take a break from the yummy carbs and get some healthy Panda once in a while! Your future "you" will thank you! :)

Wow! Ordered through my phone for pick up. Should have took a picture of my food. Had half chow fun and half chowmein. Both had no taste. The chow fun which is usually a dark brown was light brown to tan. It was the first time trying the sesame chicken. It tasted powdery. Yuck! The kum pao chicken lacked the usually amount of sauce and spice. This was the first time I threw out my food and didn't save to eat later. What's up with Panda's quality control.

The food is good! However I've noticed most recently that this particular location is not consistent w/ their protein portions. In comparison to the locations in Waipio and Ewa Beach, the location at Waikele tends to give less protein portions. At my most recent visit I inquired and tried to reason w/ the Manager, Rose, but unfortunately she wasn't as professional or as helpful as I anticipated. Rose exemplified her customer service skills by being rude, condescending and embarrassing me. Overall, I highly recommend Panda Express, but if you appreciate consistency in quality, portions and an overall customer satisfaction experience than I'd recommend you visit another location.

I got the manager AGAIN, which means smaller portions than my husband or my son's take out. This seems to happen a lot. Last time this happened I was at the Mililani Town Center Panda Express and the manager on duty happened to serve me there too, but didn't serve my husband or son (they got larger portions, of course). Why do I always attract the manager???Prices went up: $10.71 for 2-item plate with a starch. We had three take outs and one small soda: $39.00, close to $40.00 because it was an additional $1.50 for my honey walnut shrimp. I had the honey walnut shrimp, the chow fun and the fake orange vegetarian chicken (not very good). I ended up with diarrhea. Not sure what gave me the runs. Probably the shrimp. Food was tasty regardless. Return Factor: let the person in front of you go first if you see the manager. Also, maybe I won't get the shrimp.

Disappointed. We usually enjoy Panda Express. This is what our plates looked like. We were missing an entree in one plate, and in the other plate we were ‘shorted’ part of the side and only had a smaller than usual serving of the soup.
