Haven't been here in awhile but it looks clean and remodeled since I've been here.I was greeted by a friendly older local man. He was very personable and the service was quick.I knocked off one star because of their phone system, which I know they have no control over. I called island wide Pizza Hut number and since no one answered a message said, "we are now transferring you to our mainland call center." I rather talk to a person in the store that I'm going to be ordering from.Anyway so I just went in and ordered, much easier and less stressful.

Advised person on phone that it took a while for me to come back to Pizza Hut because a couple of years they burnt the pizza underneath and I'm sure you can smell burnt crust zbd they delivered it anyway. Now it's the year 2023 and was interested in the dinner box, so with everything, including delivery, the 5 star was given.

I've been craving pepperoni pizza for the past couple of days and happened to see Pizza Hut open at 10am near Hang's French Coffee and Smoothie. I went in and ordered a Big New Yorker with pepperoni. They were having a special! It was ready within 15 minutes. I was hungry and deserved a cheat day since I ran with my dog this morning. Great service, tasty pizza with a crispy crust!

Worst service half hour for a personal pan pizza. Employees clearly high on drugs. I didnt even want to go back in to cancel order just left. Save your time avoid this place. They clearly dont drug test their employees who know what else goes on the pizzaa

I live in kapolei, and never went to the pizza hut there because it was garbage. I recently started going to waiphau,since we don't have a pizza hut in kapolei at the moment. The pizza hut in waiphau is great! I order online and it's done on time. The gentleman that cashes you out is extremely nice and very hospitable. There's something special about how they make their pizza,it's very tasty. I go every Saturday after work and I'm always satisfied.
