This hole in the wall was definitely not What I was expecting! But in a good way. At first when you walk in you notice how small the location really is... so try to come at an off peak time. I looked at their menu which was not that big... & thought the prices were a little pricey. Ordered a meal and a side of fries which took so time because they make it fresh. When the food came out, I could not believe how big the portion was! That is why it seemed a bit pricey. But everything tasted so good with all the seasoning. For me, I would consider this place just as a snack. Something on the go but add it to another meal. Their selection is not as big but it's good! Must try at least once.

Servers were nice. Not many people when I came, and I was able to sit while waiting. I went to this place for their fries (their popular product in the Philippines). Unfortunately, it tasted different - the cheese-flavored fries tasted bland. I do not know if it was lacking in cheese powder or they may be using a different powder from what is used in the Philippines. The fries is soft and had the right texture but the flavor is disappointing.

We were fortunate to get a parking spot right outside Seafood City which happened to be in front of this little shop. The sign in the window claiming to have the "World's Best Flavored Fries" intrigued me and apparently worked because after lunch and grocery shopping we found ourselves trying it. A popular franchise all over the Philippines, we now have one in Waipahu. This cute, clean new business has been open since September. Seems like a great place for teenagers to go on an economical date, for parents to take kids for a snack, or for folks of any age to sit and have savory instead of sweet nibbles. They specialize in flavored potato snacks that come in different shapes (which they call styles) and flavors. STYLES: Original fries Tater tots Jojo chips Loopy fries ($.75 more ) Sweet potato which are crinkle cut ($1.50 more) FLAVORS: BBQ Cheddar Chili Bbq Sour cream and chives Cinnamon & Sugar Garlic & Parmesan SIZES: Mega $8.95 and Giga $10.95 As first timers we weren't sure what to get. We were told we could get 2 flavors if we ordered a Giga. We chose cheddar and sour cream & chives which we were told are popular. Think of the cheese and sour cream and onion flavors you normally find on potato chips , but on French fries instead. We aso got a mega order of Jojo chips which were like thick potato chips which had air blown into them. They were both addictive but we decided we preferred the fries. For drinks they serve pineapple juice, strawberry lemonade, and lemonade in addition to your standard sodas. Everything here is BIG! Now I understand the sizes "mega" and "Giga".

The establishment is situated in a bustling area alongside notable establishments such as Seafood City and Jollibee. However, parking can be challenging due to the high volume of visitors during business hours despite the availability of a sizable parking lot. I visited during lunchtime for the first time and encountered a queue, which was anticipated. The staff greeted me courteously when I reached the counter. I expressed my desire to try their 7 chicken poppers combo with mega original fries in Cheetos flavor. The order-taking process was efficient, which I genuinely appreciated. However, the waiting time was bothersome. After a 15-minute wait, my order was finally ready. The fries were satisfactory, with a subtle Cheetos flavor that was not overpowering. Unfortunately, the mega size was too much for me to finish. The chicken poppers were rather ordinary, and I would not order them again from this establishment. I genuinely wish they offered a smaller size option for their fries. I dined in, and the ambiance was pleasant. I may return to try their tenders and perhaps order fries with a different style and flavor. The staff members were genuinely courteous and attentive.

Awesome service, very friendly. When you walk in you are greeted by the staff. Nice touch. This was my first time here and I had questions which were all answered. The order was hot, fresh and delicious. I will come back when I am in the area. Thanks Potato Corner staff.

This was a great find in Waipahu! Located next to Seafood City, there's lots of space for parking. Thered also a few tables and chairs to dine in. The fries have to be eaten right away! We noticed by the time we got back to Honolulu, the fries weren't crispy. Our favorite seasoning is the sour cream and onion + cheddar mix, it's sort of like Cheetos in fries form. Their chicken wings are surprisingly good too!

Service was great! But to be honest the flavored fries & wings weren't what we expected. After all the hype and the long time we waited to try the fries &wings, I was disappointed. The fries were not evenly seasoned and the wings tasted ok, but the chicken fat texture was squishy. Still, it could've been just an "off day" or it could've been because they'd point been open less than a couple weeks. I WILL TRY AGAIN when I'm in the mood for fries&wings

Even though the fries are seasoned. I had the garlic Parmesan. They weren't very salty. It's a small little place the chicken was good but all in all as a huge potato fan I don't think I'll be back.

Curly fries were about 10$, but it was so broke da mouth its worth it. Please open in town!

3.5 STARS One word: DRY. Everything is so dry. Don't get me wrong, what we had tasted good, but there's more options in that shopping center I would rather go to. I ordered fries and my husband ordered tenders with fries. Let me just tell you, I am SO GLAD he got a sauce because I needed it! Like I mention before, DRY. The chicken was crunchy, but not crispy on the outside, if you like fried chicken you know what I mean; in a way, the outside was overcooked. The amount of sauce we're given is standard sauce size, but because everything was so dry the sauce was not enough to even cover our three tenders. Also, I know it wasn't meant for my fries, but I really needed it! The place inside is clean and the workers are nice. Being able to see them "make" the bags of food is a plus. Overall, I wish I didn't have to pay for a sauce and that we're given more. Everything is so dry here, AND you expect me to pay for a sauce or two to cover all my food? Not in this economy...

Food was tasty. Got Parmesan cheese and garlic topping for my loopy fries and honey mustard dipping sauce for my chicken wings. Topping was just the right amount, fries are in pieces making them easier to eat; wings are tiny; dipping sauce was good. It seems that the chicken pieces are leftover type that can't be used in other restaurants, but they fit in the small boxes they use.

We happened to be in the neighborhood & heard good things about this place. Easy to find, Ample parking & located next to seafood city. Staff was very friendly & asked if we had any questions. We decided to go old school on the potatoes & got the mega regular fries with garlic Parmesan. Love it! Fries were hot & delicious. Portion was good size for 3 of us. We will definitely be coming back to try the other different potatoes & flavors.

Potato Corner is a new "pop-up" eatery in Waipahu Town Center next to Seafood City. Basically it's potato (fries, tots, chips, curly, or sweet potato) and chicken (tenders, wings, tenders). As opposed to ketchup, they "flavor" the potato with assortments of powder (BBQ, cheddar, chili bbq, sour cream & onion, cinnamon & sugar, garlic & parmesan). This is what makes their potatoes "The World's Best Flavored French Fries." Be prepared to wait for your order as the fries are "made to order" as in prepared after you place your order. Yes, it's the BEST fries I've eaten but it'll cost you - the smallest amount is the "mega" which goes for $8.95! Regular size soda is $2.95! Yikes! This explains my 4 stars.

If you are a Fry lover... this is the place for you. The first Potato Corner popped up in Waipahu and I've been dying to give it a try. Choose from Fries, tots or chips in many tasty flavors. Quick service and clean shop.

Excellent little potato corner, literally! I had a taste of their tater tots last week, when I stopped next-door to pick up my vegetables, and now I'm hooked. I love every flavor of seasoning they add to the different types of potato cuts. We order to go; two different combinations. It was perfect. The the girls at front are super helpful and friendly, The young man doing the cooking, future chef, was great with the seasoning - all in the wrist! It took me longer to make my food choice (it happens to me when I'm hungry) but, they were quick preparing my order. I highly recommend stopping by. I was pleasantly surprise of my fulfilling satisfying lunch. I will definitely go back! THKS
