I wanted to enjoy the spicy ahi donburi bowl. Ate there around noon. Rice was hard and it didn't seem fresh. Noticed that another reviewer said the same thing below. Would have liked a little more spicy ahi as there was a lot of rice in this dish.

I order through bite squad yesterday. I now have food poisoning from the teriyaki chicken and soba bento box. I also asked if they would adapt the order and make up the burgers without lettuce and tomato and only ketchup for my son. They refused. Will not be ordering from here again.

First time trying Sakura Sushi. Came here and ordered just a spicy ahi donburi bowl. I give this place a one star rating because their spicy ahi bowl lacked flavor and their rice was more on the firmer side so the rice was probably old.

Ordered off bite squad, spent almost 80 dollars on food. The food arrives, driver dropped the food which I know is not the fault of the restaurant. But the food was also terrible, I ordered tako and salmon nigiri, and a storm maki. All 3 were rancid, when I opened it the smell was terrible and was gag inducing. I tried contacting the establishment 5 times and not one time did they pick up. Do yourself a favor and never eat here. This place needs to go under. I'm surprised it hasn't already.

I ordered a "bento".... The girl working the front this morning, shocked me. When they slid my tray through the serving counter that connects the back to the front, there was no lid, and the girl was not wearing gloves OR HER MASK!! But that's not the worse part. Not only did she have her mask slid down u see her chin, SHE WAS EATING WHILE BOXING MY FOOD!!! No gloves, mask pulled down, slurping something out of a ramekin. She had no shame, and seemed like she wasn't doing anything wrong. She handed me my bento and asked if I needed chopsticks or forks. I was in such shock I just ignored her. When I looked at my bento, the sashimi was hanging out and her hands touched it. Needless to say, I just threw it away.

Was excited to eat their sushi. I was really bummed when I grabbed the first roll and it fell apart instantly. By the time I finished my Salmon Maki roll, it looked like I should've ate a bowl. The salmon maki wasn't rolled tight.

I asked my couple of questions, got my answers, and ordered. First red flag should have been when they told me they didn't have chopsticks. I picked up the first piece and it completely fell apart. The rice was sticky and it wasn't rolled tight....red flag number 2. It tasted terrible. Like old food that had been left out overnight. I ended up taking it back and getting a refund, which they were reluctant to give. My advice, get sushi somewhere else.
