Definitely the worst run subway I've ever been to, lettuce was brown, soda dispenser had no carbonation, worker scooped ice with her hand at put it in my cup!, not going back there anytime soon

Vegetarian options: They offered vegetable only subs&wraps AND salad. Parking was stress free and the staff was really niceGood service to me at curbside delivery. HOWEVER the safetySandwich wrap was not made properly, it was so soggy it disintegrate when I tried to pick it up. It was a vegetable sandwich wrap. Also the "salad" bowl was NOT made right .it was more than½ full of that raw head cabbage used to"decorate" a plate of food. I asked for avocado slices, spinach and "lettuce",banana peppers, tomatoes. I got a few leaves of spinach, a few pieces of lettuce, guacamole smeared all over that made everything slimy. I did NOT get the other items I requested for my salad. I couldn't eat the wrap or the salad. It was awful!Parking: Easy to park stress free

I should've written this review months ago when they did this the first time. I order double meat a couple months ago and it was regular portion but I payed for double. Today I went for a power bowl ( which is supposed to contain the same portions as a footlong sandwich ) and they tried to give me a six inch portion of chicken. I just left. Unreal. The owner must be the cheapest sob on the island

I needed dinner for work and decided to stop at Subway for a sandwich. When I got there, there was one other person checking out. When she was done, the employee helping her greeted me and took my order. She was very patient and so very nice. She reminded me of one of my Aunts. She made my flat bread chicken sandwich to the tee. I like it made a certain way ans She made it perdect! The only I didn't like much was their lettuce as it looked a little old and some parts were turning brown. Other than that all of the other veggies were fresh and tasted great. I always order the same thing at Subway. Flat Bread chicken breast sandwich with pepper jack cheese and veggies. It's my go to and my favorite up until the very last bite. The service was great and food was good except for the lettuce. I would definitely come back!

Say they will accept coupons until you get there. then tey will only accept the 50 cent or 1.00 off. They are still trying to use the pandemic as an excuse.

My cold cut sandwich was warm and my lemonade was water with an ever so slight lemon taste. I left 5 minutes ago. Awful.

SUBWAY Waipahu Town Center: Complaint & Manager's Non-Compliance with Procedure Protocols 08-15-2021; We (wife & I) used the Subway Mobile App to place our order and it was delivered by Door Dash contactless delivery (whom was automatically choosen by Subway as we do not have the option from within the Subway Mobile App). We noticed immediately following the drop off that our order was missing several items and our sandwiches were missing several layers of meats (our orders were double meat Foot Long PRO combos with 2 Cokes + Sprite + Gatorade with 1 chips and 2 cookies & a Flatizza, BUT we only received a single slice of meat per sandwich, the Flatizza, 1 Coke + Gatorade with the chips and cookies). We called Subway to speak with the manager whom refused to listen to our complaint and refused to refund us by stating that it was Door Dash's fault and his cash register doesn't allow refunds to credit cards then he stated we can drive down to his location. We said that defeats the purpose of us ordering via his mobile app and he said he can't help us without apologizing for this grave oversight and continued to pend blame on Door Dash's delivery service. We explained in further detail that his location prepared our order and we're very familiar with how Door Dash's service works and we did not place our order through Door Dash's App so we could not utilize their App to request a refund for the missing drinks & meats. He kept giving us his runaround until we realized he was not going to replace nor refund our order, then we ended the call. I alerted Apple Card whom promptly placed a hold on the transaction and issued a full refund a day later. Please don't give this shop any business the workers are great but the owner is so greedy he doesn't give the right amount of meat he scrimps on any thing he can save money on I bough 3 sandwiches and he gave me one napkin went back and asks for more napkins he gave me one he also put all the sandwiches in one bag i bought it for me and my coworkers I told him it was for 3 different people and he still didn't put it in 3 bags I asked for my sauce on the side so my sandwich bread would not get wet he puts the mayo and mustard together in the same container and gives it to me with a open container I have never experienced this type of service with all the places I could of gone I went there never again

BE AWARE! They do not accept any type of coupon. It says "Subway" on the sign, but they don't any "Subway" coupons. Go figure.

BIGGEST RIP OFF ARTIST AND WITH A DANG ATTITUDE!! So yesterday, July 22, 2020 around 6pm I called to order for a PICK-UP.. I inquired if I could pay over the phone and the cashier said YES, so I gave her my info and ordered 3 foot long sandwiches which came out to a lil over $26...10 mins later she calls back and says they're NOT ABLE TO DO OVER THE PHONE payments, so I explain that I'm under "SELF-QUARANTINE" and if that's the case, to just cancel the order..so today I check my bank account, lo and behold THESE guys charged my account..after calling all morning to speak to a manager, finally at 2pm I call and speak to the OWNER... This clown tells me its my fault for not picking up the sandwiches, and the 3 sandwiches are still there to be picked up...he argues with me for 30 mins...so now I'll contact BBB, my bank and make sure I let the Health Dept know you wanted me to come and pick up almost 24 hr OLD sandwiches...all this for $26?!?! Hope it was worth it...posting this on ALL SOCIAL MEDIA outlets as well...I'm all for supporting LOCAL businesses...BUT YOU are sooooooo lucky my wife talked me out of coming down there in person and coughing all over your store!! DONE WITH YOU !! THERE WAS NO WAY OF NOT PUTTING A STAR cause you definitely don't deserve it!!
