Found a bug on the spinach in my sandwich :( not what you want to see when you're starving and looking forward to eating your meal.

Sooo everyone has had Subway sandwiches at one time or another right? If not then I got the Subway for you! Located in the small strip mall next to the Costco Waipio. I'm not gonna go into detail about the sandwich because I gotta say. I ain't had a bad sandwich at any Subway on this island, but this place has customer service in spades! The Bruddah making the sandwiches was awesome. Super friendly, super helpful in the choices, and super fast and efficient. He wanted my veggie order before my sandwich was outta the toaster and he hit it perfectly. Even offering extra everything if I wanted it. Who does that?And while I was eating in the super clean restaurant I even heard him making a sandwich via speaker phone for a customers wife and he was just as friendly and efficient with her. That's awesome. This place better watch out. This sandwich maker's CS skills are on point!Anyway only down side is the actual parking for the building. It's horrible but that's not their fault. Just park in the Costco lot near the Makai side and you should be all good. Rahja dat!

Food is fresh and the interior is always clean! Billy is kind and awesome to talk to. He makes great conversation while making your sandwich! 10/10 recommend for a delicious sandwich and a quick chat!

I recently visited Subway and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The employee who took my order was wearing airpods and seemed completely disengaged from the task at hand. As a result, my order was completely messed up. Not only did they forget to include several of the toppings I had requested, but they also added ones that I specifically asked to be left off.To make matters worse, when I pointed out the error, the employee simply took the lettuce off my sandwich and put it back in the bin for reuse. This was completely unsanitary and completely unacceptable. It was clear that the employee was more interested in listening to their music than paying attention to their job.I would not recommend this Subway location to anyone. The lack of attention to detail and disregard for cleanliness was a major turnoff. I will definitely be finding a different place to get my sandwiches from now on.

I definitely love subway but the sandwich my hubby preordered for me was a little too soupy. As we walked in, our order was ready for pick up. We decided to eat in as the drinks were free refills. I don't remember what sandwich hubby ordered for me but it was ham rolled up in a mozzarella ball. It had spinach, tomatoes, extra mayonnaise (which I dislike), and some Italian dressing which made my sandwich more soupy and messy. However I did enjoy the sandwich but hubby obviously doesn't know what I like and dislike. I would rather have the sandwich with minimal mayonnaise and no dressing inside it. I washed my sandwich down with a diet Coke. I also got to have Sun chips but was too full to eat it so I saved it. There were a few tables inside where you can eat your sandwich. It was clean inside and the guys working the front were busy.

Hands down the best Subway I have been to on the island. First and foremost they have a bathroom for the customers unlike the one in Wahiawa and the one in Kapolei in the Target shopping center! The staff was nice and prompt! Overall the atmosphere was great! My new favorite location for Subway on the island!

coming out of my yelp-reviewing hermit shell to say that billy is by far the best sandwich artist i've ever met! he made my mom and i's day and is truly mr. ALOHA! he is so sweet and easy to talk to!!! he cracked me up and made me smile from cheek to cheek! he not only made our day, he made our entire week. billy is such a hard worker and he has a huge heart a personality you'll never forget! thank you billy, for making the island a better place. aloha

There is a young man that works there. He is a class act. Once you step into the restaurant, he greets you with the meanest aloha! He's so full of joy and laughter. He is also so polite. Of all the subways on the island, this one is the best. I drive from waikiki to waipio just to eat there. Thanks my braddah for sharing your aloha to all of us.

Came in to buy a sandwich and left with so much more. I was greeted immediately upon entering, and while ordering my sandwich I was treated with such aloha from the worker, whom I later found was named Billy. He took his time making my sandwich and definitely cared from how I saw him making it. They say a little goes a long way, but he definitely did a lot imo and it shouldn't go unnoticed. Mahalo brother Billy for what you do and hope nothing but the best for you because you definitely deserve it

Had a long day at work so wanted a lite lunch before heading home. Walked in and the two braddahs automatically gave me warm welcomes. Talked stories fast kine about each other's work, then proceeded to order. Service for sure made my day so had to leave a little tip. Mahalo to them!!

This Subway is one of my favorite locations now. The worker this morning was so friendly and full of positive energy . He also made my Italian BMT spinach wrap so neat. It was soooo bussin!
