I've never had pork Sisig before, but I excitedly drove over to the little parking lot where this food truck is located because the yelp reviews are so high. There are only a few dishes offered: pork or chicken sisig and beef soup. You can get them with rice or without. I ordered the pork sisig with rice for $12. They use crispy skin roast pork, chop it up and add red onion, green pepper and a drizzle of Mayo. It also comes with a lemon wedge and extra peppers. For $12, this is a pretty good amount of food and it tasted good too. What's not to love about crispy roast pork and a good squeeze of lemon? The two people working the food truck were nice and although it took a little while because the person in front of me ordered 4 or 5 plates, it wasn't the worst wait. If you're in Waipahu around lunch time and I'm the mood for pork sisig, I'd recommend checking this place out. It seems like a solid place to get simple Filipino food if you're looking for something quick and easy in Waipahu.

Food is amazing! Never too oily and they give you so much for what your paying! I go to them now for my sisig cravings. Service is expected when you have just 2 people there so lunch time is crazy. Also since they are a food truck essentially the parking where they are located is not the greatest. FYI - if you tip, give it to the people directly. That area got other guys stealing the tip jar.

My favorite Filipino dishes are from this food truck... Beef Pares and Crispy Pork Sisig. 5-stars for consistency & for the memorable expression my Auntie had after her first taste of the Beef Pares. Always a crowd pleaser at pot luck gatherings. Delicious!

Tucked in a side corner of 94 block you will find this tiny food trailer that hits you with some yummy dishes. Bring your cash bc they only take cash. Nice couple that works this yummy small business, very friendly.Now for the food, beef pares is delicious. Have tried their chicken Sisig and pork Sisig. Both are delicious. The pork has crunch from the fried pork skin. Chicken was not dry. Fast and delicious. Good spot to grab a tray for family potlucks

This is the first time I've had sisig, and it was really tasty here - a bit greasy but perfect to share all the yummy bits of crispy skin and fatty pork with a friend. The lemon cuts the grease a bit, and was even yummy the next day (though I best enjoyed eating the crispy pork skin when it was fresh!). It's only $12 for a generous serving, so I'll definitely be back!
