Out of Pocket Warriors

If you want the worst service available on island be sure to stop by this Taco Bell and ask for Michelle. Came here for food on the go, had two orders, one of which being a mobile order. They messed up and only gave me one bag with half my items. When I knocked on the door to inform them of their mistake, they told me that I had to go back into line in the drive-through to wait another 10 minutes for them to fix the mistake. Once I got to the window, the manager wouldn’t even talk to me and had the young, innocent employee, who helped me at the door/relayed her initial message make up further mistake. As a former Taco Bell employee I’m not surprised at how underperforming the management is at this Taco Bell, I’ll be sure to never come back and make that recommendation to anyone who asks going forward.

Spicy Nugget

The workers are slow. The one taking orders/operating drive thru window doesn’t seem to grasp very simple concepts or basic questions. My order is partially incorrect at least 30% of the time. The last 3 times I’ve tried to order via the app there’s been a problem including multiple cancellations after payment was approved/accepted. I’ll probably start driving further away to order because there’s been a noticeable decline over the last several months and it is starting to get irritating.

Stop yelling at your employees! I went to this Taco Bell and Faye who I think is a manager yells at her employees who are still new/training. Why be manager if you can’t train employees properly and especially when you urgently need people? I have talked to one of Taco Bell Waipios employees and they mentioned how Faye wants them to know everything or else they will just get yelled at. There has also been more incidents where she is abusing her position as “manager”.

Went today to redeem my free reward after loading the Taco Bell app. I couldn't get to the end to pay/redeem. Clerk called the Manager Jennifer. She was so unhelpful n didn't know how to use the app too. She kept telling me to press the pay button on the app but it didn't work. She walked away. She told me call 1-800-8226-2955 for help. The number was an insurance number. She totally ignored me n all the other clerks too. I used to go here all the time (for years). After this encounter and the total disregard for customer service I won't be going back. I totally understand restaurants are having a hard time recruiting workers but the really scrapped the bottom of the barrel this time. The workers need remedial training on customer service!
