I have had a previous bad experience at this location, but I figured I would give them a second chance, shame on me. I have been craving some Wendy's breakfast potatoes wedges, so I stopped in, these were the worst potatoes wedges I have ever had. The coffee and sandwiches were disgusting. The good news is that I will probably never crave these again and I will live a healthier life, thank you bad Wendys. Customer service wasn't the best but not terrible, they did rush us as the only customers in the store so that was odd. Mostly just writing this as a reminder to myself to never come to this location again.

Man, I’ve never been served cold food from a Wendy’s before and I’m very disappointed. I ordered the loaded nacho burger combo and the burger was cold. It was like I was eating leftovers. The cheese was taken straight out of the fridge and onto the cold beef patties. No heat was applied to any of the burger.The fries weren’t great but not terrible. Not much to say other than I’m glad they were warm.The chocolate frosty was like if LeCroix made a frosty. Or if like you drank all the syrup from a slurpee and you had very lightly flavored ice. That’s basically what the frosty was like, it was insane.I will say the service was fast. But I’d rather it be slower if that’s the food they’re giving out with such speed.

Guaranteed the drive-thru nightshift is going to get your order wrong with cold and soggy fries and make you sit in drive-thru for 15 minutes with a small line. Not only that, when I asked for a side item the little gay filipino kid said, "uhhhh okay," like it was a weird request when I always order that way. And you expect minimum wage to be $14+ when these workers can't even do the bare minimum. However, after all this, at least the haole kid with long hair had manners and apologized for the long wait. Management: do something about your drive-thru nightshift crew!

Waited for a chicken sandwich and fries for almost 10 minutes in the drive thru. When they brought the food to the car the fries were cold and tasted like they were cooked in sour oil. There was no line in drive thru and no one came in while I waited. I wouldn't recommend and will never go back.

Had to get me some holiday peppermint frosty and a Baconator Combo ???? Best time to come is evening time when there's barely anyone avoiding the rush, especially during the holiday shopping season ??? Awesome service, especially using the drive thru. We decided to enjoy our meals in Wendy's parking because there was no one, and it seemed a relaxing spot to enjoy ourselves---and it was. I've been back about the same time twice already this past month and will be back again ?Kid-friendliness: Family friendly ❤️ Plan to avoid the rush hours and it'll be a relaxing dining experienceWheelchair accessibility: Yes, there's handicapped ♿️ stalls near the entrance and a ramp as well. For a fast food restaurant, this place is open, clean, and the fries where extremely fresh. I think we surprised them by dining in. "Rear in the age of Uber eats". The cashier was very friendly and the bacon on our sandwich was as thick as the pickle.

Very slow customer service. Employees are clueless as to what they are doing and unnecessarily made me wait for my food because they didn't know what they were doing. I ordered drive through, the speaker server was exceptional over the speaker. However, I get to the window 1 girl takes my payment and runs it. Give my receipt. Window girl #2 comes to the window and gives me my drinks. Another window boy #3 comes to the window and gives me 1 bag, which held only 2 items (chicken wrap & chicken nuggets) from my 3 meals. No fried to those meals. The workers inside the store ran around like a chicken without a head. So the window girl # 2 told me to park, and they will bring out the rest. I waited for 5 minutes more. After waiting 5 minutes at the window. The window boy #3 came to my car with a bag that looked pretty empty. I asked him, "Is this everything?" He said " yes" I looked into the bag and it had 1 full meal ( bacon burger w/ fries) I mentioned to the boy that I am missing 2 fries for my other 2 meals. He walks back into the store. I followed him in to make sure he didn't spit in my food and to ask for nugget sauce cause that was missing as well along with my straws. I get into the store and over hear him, talking crap to a co-worker calling me a liar and a b*tch. He turned around and looked straight at me with surprise and I asked him what he said about me and tried to lie to me when I heard everything he said. His chest puffed up when his co-workers came around when I called him out on his disrespect. He got loud, and I said called for the manager. I told the manager what his employee said, and then the boy got mad and tried to come towards me. The manager had to step in front of him. The boy was disrespectful in front of his manager. Poor thing the manager was also a young boy and didn't know what to do. But if you ask me, the boy has no work ethic skills and should be fired because no matter right or wrong, you don't ever handle a situation in that manner. These kids need to be held accountable for their disrespect. Ps. This is their fabulous chicken wrap that I got. All tortilla. 3 small peice chicken and scrap lettuce.

In the nearly 25 years that this Wendy’s location has been there, I’ve never seen a restaurant that has gotten this bad in terms of customer service, food quality and cleanliness. In my recent visit, it was empty with the exception of a wrecked car, I was rudely greeted, given my food in a manner that says “take your food and get out,” and the order was inaccurate and cold.There’s probably a reason why this particular Wendy’s is the only one that hasn’t been renovated. Either the staff needs to be dumped or retrained and the location needs to be renovated, or it should be shut down and the building condemned. Either way, I won’t be returning to this Wendy’s ever again.
