Seems like it's held together with duct tape and super glue. Bathrooms were disgusting food was overpriced and mediocre. Soda machines didn't have ice and half the options weren't available. Long lines and poor service, last time I spend money here!

Usually this location is pretty good. Today got caught in drive-thru for 42 minutes! Would strongly prefer they block the drive-thru if multiple people don't show for work and they can't turn out food in reasonable times. At least if you had to go inside they could warn you of the wait. It was over 30 minutes between entering the no exit drive-thru lane and reaching the order board.

Ordered from this damn place so many times. I noticed every order they seem to fuck up on it. Who the fuck works in the back ? You really can't understand no mayo? They put and unhealthy amount on my burgers every time. Service sucks too and I can never understand the person talking cause they're always either occupied with their coworkers or plain old not listening. Overall shitty place with shitty service.

For some reason Wendy's has the most intelligent, friendly and capable employees in the Hawaii fast food industry. This location is no exception. Great service, and the best salad currently at a fast food restaurant -- the Cobb Salad. Put this at a nice steakhouse and people would be happy to pay double.

This Waipio location has improved 100%!The manager is super cool at the drive-thru! And I'm glad he stuck it out, cuz he got some new employees and now they're quick, efficient, and really nice! About 2 months ago I gave up on going thru the drive, cuz it took forever (sometimes 20+ minutes) to order and get my food. I switched to ordering carry out online, but even that took a while, since they wouldn't start making it till I got there. I almost gave up completely on this location.With the new crew, I went to the drive-thru last night and it took less than 5 minutes! And my carry out order in the past few days was ready by the time I got there. Awesome service and the food! Burgers, fries, salads, nuggets, chili... they're all yummy!
