Food was lacking in taste and the woman working was a little rude.

I think a lot of the problem was they were very young males I interrupted goofing off. Made me stand there for about 5min before even asking what I wanted, put so much garlic sauce on my sandwich I gagged and barely put veggies on and when I asked for more he said "sorry I can't" like since when?

Went in today to get two sandwiches, started ordering the first one and once i scanned the menu to see what was in my interest proceeded to order the second one. The worker seemed to be ignoring me and so I repeated it again. She responded ignorantly with “I thought you wanted (first sandwich)”. I then cleared up the confusion by saying I wanted a second sandwich. As customers entered and left, everytime she rolled her eyes or shook her head. After the interaction the rest of the customers looked over at me with a look of disbelief. As I was paying for the sandwiches I ordered, I heard her make a snobby remark to her coworker who was just asking a question about a task needing done. I never have had issues with Subway in town before, but also have not ever been there with this employee working either.

Firrt if all, this is one of the best sandwiches I've had at any Sunway in a while. The food was good and the guy making it was respectful and funny. Best experience I've had in a while.

This Subway is at least four and a half stars better than the Subway on Highway 34 in Osceola.

Good service and good food. Just what you'd expect from Subway.

Stood for 30 minutes, lady making sandwiches had them lined up, sitting for 15 min after being toasted!! I got to eat a cold sandwich! Worst experience ever!

I had lunch with my Sister in law at the Albia Subway. The young ladies that were working were nice and was doing a wonderful job . My salad was good, my sister in law was thrilled to know they had roast beef. For the one in Centerville has been out. Restaurants was clean. Did see some tables that needed wiped off. I usually carry disinfectant wipes with me these days.

The two women making sandwiches had positive attitudes and made good sandwiches. They made our day.

As I walked in and ordered my sandwich the first lady behind the counter looked very stressed out, she still whipped up my sandwich without missing a beat. We then moved down the line where we put veggies and stuff on the sandwich and quickly realized why the first lady was stressed out, this person was grabbing hand fulls of veggies and placing them one at a time. I watched her the whole time and she even took some onion off my sandwich and put it back in the container....very bad. before she even made my sandwich she had already destroyed someone else's order, straight up used half a bottle of mayonnaise on a personal pizza my fiance and I were having a tough time trying not to laugh. Then we get to the cash register, dude doesn't look like he knows where he is (same with the lady right next to him) forgets my fiance's soup, runs and gets it and proceeds to ask "would you like a spoon with that"... Despite the weird service the sandwiches we got were okay and at the end of the day I'm the one who paid $18.09 for a live episode of TLC.
