We love this place! We go there every time we visit Algona. The food is all homemade and the owner works hard to bring you a unique experience! We always come home with a delightful pie. The prices are low and we love the chicken salad and soups! We definitely recommend the food and service!
From the in-house made cinnamon rolls and sandwich rolls, to the delicious fresh fruit seasonal pies -most with delicious Dutch style upper crust - and all the fresh salads and goodies in between, Bub can fill you up with yumminess! Yay for Bub's! Locally owned small business in downtown Algona, IA.Decor funky and amazing. Nice big and clean space. Owner doing all the cooking and taking orders herself. Variety of seating options.Order at the counter and your order is called out when ready. Mixture of soups, sandwiches, pies, baked potatoes available.
