I ordered curbside pick up and I couldn't be more disappointed in the quality of food we received. The pasta was so watery that there was tons of water in our to go boxes. There was no flavor to our food and the chicken was over cooked to the point where it was really difficult to chew. There was hardly any sauce and the quantity was sad. For what we paid for dinner... this really bite. Probably not going to this location again.

Waitress lied and said they were out of Mac and cheese, then brought out Mac and cheese for another table 20 minutes later. On top of that, when the 12 year olds at our table asked for a children’s menu, she was very hesitant about it and laughed at us. Then went to I’m assuming her manager and pointed and laughed at us from across the restaurant. Horrible service. Lying and laughing at your customer is not okay!

Great place to eat for a casual dinner! Applebees is known to have a large variety of different foods from pasta to burgers. There’s something that anyone can enjoy! Service was fantastic! Even though they made a mistake during our last visit, they provided a discount for inconvenience and remedy the problem in a timely manner. The staff that served us was very friendly and assisted all of our wants during our stay! I highly recommend the bourbon mushroom meals such as the bourbon mushroom Swiss burger! Out of all of the mushroom Swiss burgers I ate so far, Applebees provides the best by far! I believe it’s their signature sauce that provides a rich and unique flavor for their bourbon mushroom meals! There’s a reason the popular song that you all know mentions the bourbon steak. ?Parking: I never have a hard time finding a parking spot. Plenty of spots available during a Saturday night.Kid-friendliness: Many kid food options available and friendly atmosphere for children.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible parking and entrances are available.

We ordered the takeout two burgers, picked no pink; we both got pink in the middle. You could count how many french fries we were given with one hand in a large size container.Order specifically said no tomatoes no onions (due to allergies) Both those items were on the hamburger. Very disappointed in this particular delivery order! I took photos, but no place to load them here.

It was 58 degrees outside. It was freezing in there. I had a long sleeve t shirt, lightweight hoodie and a heavyweight hoodie on. Other people had sweatshirts on with hoods up. One woman had a blanket on! It was way too cold.
