Always great food here! Fast service for food too. Was busy for a weekday. Got the spicy cheese curds and a burger. Clean and good atmosphere. Only downside was our bartender. Sat at the bar and he acted like he didn't want to be there. Was annoyed when we weren't ready to order as soon as my friend arrived. Felt like he just avoided us honestly. Another food runner made our 2nd drink happily. Other than that, great place!

We really enjoy the food here but often we do not get food to go. We did last night and we were pretty disappointed in the $10 cheese curds. Literally a handful. Not worth it. Pizza was very good though!
I ate here on a Sunday, Mar 3 2024. It's hard to find the door to go in it seems you should enter on the patio. The staff was friendly but seemed to be distracted most of the time.. refills were hard to get.It is very loud, so not a place for good conversation but plenty of screens for watching the game. We had a party of about 10 people with kids which they seemed to accommodate well (only a 4 item kid menu which doesn't include a burger).Most of the food came out correctly... we were just missing one entre. I ordered a Philly, it was very flavorful, although a bit soggy, and the meat was a tad dry. Their house salad was amazing and delicious. I ordered a sprite which tasted quite watered down. The fries are very good. The burgers are enormous.I would go back to try their pulled pork and enormous salads which my friend ordered, but it's not a place I would go to frequently because of the noise and infrequent help from staff. If you're in jeans and a hoodie looking for a decent sandwich it's worth the hour.Parking: Parking was pretty available.Kid-friendliness: Not super kid friendly, no color pages, 4 items on the kid menu, loud loud.Wheelchair accessibility: Definitely wheel chair accessable, has an elevator for the rooftop.

We had not been to Brook & Ivy for about a year because of poor experiences. We ate there last evening and were certainly impressed. The food and its serving was like it was prepared and served with an effort by people that cared.

The restaurant and staff are nice, but the food is really lacking. I ordered the brisket mac & cheese. It was extremely watery, the brisket was more like a pot roast, and the toast was toasted on one side. My husband ordered a wrap which he said was lacking flavor. For how much we spent and having gone to other restaurants in that price range, the food was not worth the price.
