Who ever the lady was working the front counter today at some time at 8-9 pm was super friendly and even when I picked up a call from a friend during the interaction was still very polite and

Paying at the pump with my visa debit card didn't work properly so I had to go inside to pre-pay where my card wouldn't work at the cash register either, there was nothing wrong with my card and I continue to use it to this day, I was just lucky to have cash on hand as I was about 2 hours from home. I don't know if it was a problem from lack of proper maintenance on the card reader physical devices or the actual system was just down for this location. But a couple hours later I filled up at my local Casey's location with the same card paying at the pump and it read the card just fine.

Literally one of the worst Casey's in the metro. We usually bike here because it's a few miles from our house. Fun time to be outside with the kids and the cashier here should not be running the cashier and dealing with customers. She does not have what it takes to be calm, courteous, and friendly. As a cashier YOU ARE the face of your company. Leave your personal issues at home, and focus on your job. She obviously does not have what it takes to be in customer service. This reflects poor training and executive decision by the hiring personnel and manager as managers of an established, you are responsible for your employees. When you put untrained and unfriendly workers in the front line its poor decision making.Stay away from this location. I'll bike another 50 miles to kumand go if I have to.i highly recommend staying away from this location at all cost. I will update if this location changes their worker. I will be coming back to check and give updates.Dirty store, drink stations out ofrustrated cashier's... absolutely did not meet my expectations. I do not recommend this allocation. Drive down the street to Kum and go or to another Casey's..by the I 80 off ramp for a cleaner store and friendlier staffs.

Prepaid for pizza with a 33 minute wait time. Showed up 35 minutes later (after calling several times to verify lead time and no answer) to find out they had 5 orders still in front of mine and said it would be almost an hour. To be fair she’s working alone in the kitchen which tells me it’s a leadership problem and we all know it won’t be fixed.

Never shopping here again if you cant get competent staff and treat people with decency. Seriously cannot do this with your company or store

I am and have been a Casey’s Rewards member for years. The service at this particular location is awful. I ordered a two large pizzas, and and order of cheesy breadsticks. I was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. (Ordered at 7pm) I show up at 7:25. Was then told it would not be ready for 20 more minutes. I go back home and come back at 7:45. I walked in and told it would be done in 7 minutes. Almost 20 minutes later the pizzas are finally done. Staff was terrible. I won’t be ordering from Casey’s again as this isn’t the first time this has happened.

I have noticed several responses from the response team. On reviews that are of concern to them...they mention they are looking to make corrections/improvements for the altoona locations. But, Shame on Caseys leadership.I don't mean a store manager, I mean leadership at the corporate level. They should step in and be there on the evenings and weekends when it matters. To help improve and give direction to staff .It's been months and months with the same excuses for not answering the phones, giving improper pickup times or giving outrageous lead times, to show up and see employees chilling as if there at the club or mall...most of the altoona locations are this way if you run your numbers to compare what they say , on 1.5 hr back log I would challenge to say that's not the case. This sincerely is to provide info so Caseys kitchens can perform better...GOOD LUCK!I chose this location because I attempt to use this one the most and get the same Excuse, Caseys by SEP and out at the interstate are similar as well with there experiences

This place was incredibly difficult to work at. The store manager cares about meeting quotas and not about her employees. The schedule is completed by an online program called the "scheduler" which does not take into account employee availability as well as which position the employee is in. as a previous kitchen manager at this location, I can safely say there is not a more unprofessional environment than this store. The asistant managers do nothing but ride the store managers ass and care more about pleasing her than doing there jobs. There is absolutly zero responsiblity taken by the store manager everything is always "the regional managers fault". Even more evidence that there is no compassion for the employees, one of my subordinates at the time had a relative taken into the hospital and was in critical condition. instead of covering the shift, the store manager called her and told her "that sucks, but you still need to show up for your shift on time". this is completely unacceptable. Not to mention the unreliable hours that are supposed to be given to all management positions. My last two weeks I worked there my hours were cut by HALF!!! This is not the way to run your business and structure your employees. Also lets not forget how the only three men in that store(two of which are gay men including me) were the ones who got scheduled alone, as well as the only woman of color. This store has shown me how homophobic, sexist, and racist it is. maybe instead of having all 3 main managers on the same shift sitting around doing next to nothing, they could disperse it to not screw over the teenagers that work on the night shift, and leaving them to handle the entire store alone. Do better Paige, this is not acceptable.

Ordered 3 pizzas and paid online at time of order. They gave them to some other dude. Didn't check name or details of the order. I had to wait another 30 minutes for my order. They also gave me a hard time about it like I was the scoundrel. Do NOT prepay for pizza at Casey's.Update! 10 minutes later. Now the cashier is arguing with me that it's not their fault. UNBELIEVABLE!

Slow service. One checker with other employees standing around talking. Manager was cussing at a teen employee in the aisle in the middle of the store. Low class.

I'd just like to add Ryan that works the register is awesome. There was a line of people and my man started working both registers like a champ and kept cool during the whole process. Definitely needs a raise!
