Extremely overpriced!!! Paid $36 dollars for 2 regular philly combos. Sandwich was mostly bread. I was pretty excited to try this place, but left disappointed and will never return to pay them expensive prices for there not very good cheesesteaks. Also got charged for two ranches that we didn’t ask

I haven't heard of anyone getting food poisoning from this location, which is already better than Jordan Creek.However, I noticed that the daily special for a small sandwich (the non-promotional/seasonal/special kinds) and fries is $7.79. Which is what I got. Then I also got a Lrg drink. I looked at my receipt which showed that a combo costs $5.48, and then I was charged $7.79 for the sandwich.Now, I don't know if I was charged $5.48 just for a large drink, or if this place adds $5.48 just because you get a combo... which is confusing because now I want to know what it would cost if I got just the sandwich and fries in a separate transaction from the drink. The tax isn't even a full dollar, so it's not tax adding that much extra to the price.At most food places, if you get a combo it's actually cheaper than if you got everything separately. But here it's like opposite applies. They charge you an extra $5.50 just because you got a drink to make your order a combo so they can up the price you pay v.s. just getting the sandwich and fry with no drink. I just don't think a lrg drink is worth $5.50...

The service fooking sucks!. Tried to get a little cup and straw. As I just ordered too. And got a bottle water. For him. First time was me trying to get one. After my food was done. Walk to my table told my wife, she walked up there with my daughter, trying to get a small cup. They said I can charge you for a drink, wifey said fine. But I just need a cup and a straw I don't care. If you charge me just need a cup please. After 20 minutes in line and arguing with the cashier, she said well I do have a, (free cup) if you would like,...like what. Get your service in order!!!! Will not stop by again

Was super excited to come and try this place. Definitely left disappointed. The Philly steak tasted just like corned beef; to the saltiness, the string like feeling of it. The fries were good but the cheese was super salty. Maybe it tastes better on a busier day?$28.50 spent for 2 regular sandwiches and a combo on one with cheese fries.The service was decent. Both woman had a welcoming smile. The atmosphere, wasn’t busy and could hear a conversation.

It’s beginning to get sloppy. Not enough help. It need some structure. The is always one of the longest line in the food quart. The food was not good on 9/17. Very chaotic among staff.
This was a 5/10 experience and sandwich. Asked for ketchup on the sandwich, but they don't a have bottle behind the counter. Not sure where the ketchup was. The meat was dry. Not going back here again.
I was excited to try the cheesesteak here. I have not had a good cheesesteak in over a year in the metro area. Very disappointed in the sandwich as the meat was very grisly and dry. Not only that they charged me to $2.49 for a bottle of water and then charged me a 20% tip on top of my order. I had a hard time understanding the server taking my order so did not realize I was being charged a tip and was not told that was being charged. Definitely will not be giving them any more of my money.

My husband ordered the Bourbon Philly cheese steak combo had to swipe his card three times she saying it didn't go through in some strange words and justures so he said I hope you didn't change me three times so he asked for a receipt she Refuse to give my husband a receipt would not tell him the price of the items of the food he ordered acted like they didn't know any English and speaking in their language to each other and called him loco the sandwich was drowned in the sweet bourbon sauce it was horrible never will eat there again how can you run a place of business if you can't understand anything but how to take the money from your customers I think it's an act to cheat and to create some form of racism they didn't treat the other customers that way but let me see oh they weren't a persons of colorAt the outlet mall in Altoona
