Just tried to get food delivered gave them my new address on the call (which is still in there route radius it’s actually closer) They called me back not even 5 minutes later telling me they can’t deliver it because they put in my old address even tho I already told them my new one. They said they could void it and everything but explained the situation very poorly so when I asked questions the lady on the phone she gave my attitude that she didn’t need to have and then tried talking to me like I was a baby. I wouldn’t be surprised if they forgot to void it and I’m out $20 now. I love jimmy johns but I probably won’t ever try to deliver from here again. Pathetic

Went through the drive thru. The lady working tonight, 3/28/24, was far from friendly. She seemed bored when she was talking to me. I also ordered the #16 Club Lulu and she advised it came with lettuce tomatoes and Mayo. They forgot the tomatoes and added cucumbers instead. Not what I wanted. Probably won't be back to this JJ ever

How hard is it to make the correct sandwich? Receipt has the correct order, the wrapper has the right #, I even asked at the window tonight because I've gotten the wrong sandwich the last two times I was there. I get home, open the wrapper and I have a different sandwich. Not even a customized order, just a #13. Do you have something against the Jimmy Cubano sandwich??????

Just got a sandwich has 3 small slices of turkey for almost 10 dollars no chips or drink. Barely any lettuce idk how a place can charge so much and put so little on the sandwich.

Ordered a number 17 giant and they didn't put any lettuce, tomato, or mayo on the sandwich. Don't waste your time, go across the street to SUBWAY.
Well that certainly wasn't "Freaky Fast." Pulled up to the window a little before 7:00 on 1/17/24 and ordered at the drive thru. Paid and we waited for nearly 20 minutes. The only ones there. I finally honked my horn and the girl taking orders came back to the window and said "What?""Still waiting for my food.""The person who makes the sandwiches isn't here. She had to go to the bathroom. It's going to be a while."I stared at her dumbstruck. Drove around and went into the store and the person who makes the sandwiches finally appeared and made mine, and two other employees came out of the bathroom or from in the back entrance, I'm not sure. I was more dumbfounded than anything about how rude and horrible the service was and how I was treated like an inconvenience to them.

I Literally got ONE singular chip! I go to open my lunch and when I grab my chip bag it’s feeling extremely light okay so I open it and it was one chip and a crumb also I got no straw so thanks a lot jimmy johns you have made my days

This is the worst jimmy johns i've ever been to in my life do not go. Please don't waste your money or your time. My friends and I were on the way home from a football game, we live about 2 hours away so we just needed some food to keep us awake or the car ride. We thought jimmy johns would be the perfect to fulfill our hunger. We thought wrong. We got thur the drive thru and our orders seemed very clear. we go to the window to grab our food and every order was wrong, and no just a little wrong, but horrifically wrong. We just assumed they got confused you know it happens. However they were extremely rude and even accused us of lying to get free sandwiches. It was insanity. They need to be stop immediately.
