My partner and I love Pancheros, but this specific store is not it. It used to be fantastic, but now not so much. if you order online, takes forever, so we tried to go in through the line instead. My partner ended up with almost a kid sized burrito at the end and I loved watching the last guy reach over and touch the register multiple times while rolling my burrito sloppily. Same gloves for food and for register. YUCK. No it wasn't very busy when we went.

The local guides must get paid for their reviews or something. You could write a book on how to not run a business by going to this location. Tons of workers, slowest service ever most just stand around, they take care of 10 order outs while your standing there waiting at the glass. Then to top it off they are out of the same food over and over, always out of black beans and sour cream. Last time I was there they didn’t even have foil wraps to wrap the burritos in. 2 times ago they were out of actual burritos dough. It’s mind blowing stuff.

I came in around noon for lunch and the place was disgusting Tables were not clean the line looked a disaster, the trash was full, and the beans were dry I ordered a steak quesadilla and the manager in charge took my food put it on the bare table and attempted to cut my food the gentleman at the register gasped at the manager and the person at roll thank god suggested the manger make a new one the manger then looked at me and asked what was wrong when i told them I didn’t like the way they put my food on the table they yelled at me that it was a sanitary place I told them again to remake my food as a previous employee if Pancheros and black shirt I know that the condition of the place and the way the manger was talking to people was not okay the condition of line was definitely not acceptable and the fact that the manger was giving away free food and drink to friends but not someone that had a problem about the sanitation of the place is unbelievable i applaud all of the other staff for being able to work with a manager like that

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. There was specifically this one girl who had curly hair in a side ponytail who threw my food onto my burrito and barely gave me anything. My burrito was mostly rice and lettuce. She seemed more focused on what her boyfriend was doing outside than preparing our food. She stuck her tongue out in disgust prepping my food. She seemed very incompetent and not focusing on her job.

This is consistently the slowest Pancheros location I’ve ever visited. Food ends up just fine but no matter what time of day or what day of the week you come here, expect to wait. The workers are perfectly polite but it’s astounding how slowly they work, with no sense of urgency whatsoever. Fast food restaurants come with an expectation of speed—not standing in line for 20+ minutes.
