My family has been eating this pizza for over a decade. But time and time again when I get my pizza the workers aren’t wearing hair nets. Long beards, messy buns on the top of their head, and over all poor hygiene. I’m grossed out before I even eat my pizza.

Great pizzas, salads and the chocolate chip cookie dough makes tasty cookies. Everything is made up fresh when the order is placed. We had calzones the other day, and they were delicious. We ordered pizza online today (1/28/24) for in store pick up at the Altoona, Iowa location ready at 12:26pm. We were there on time and pizza was ready. However your management team needs to work on the customer service of your employees. They were very rude and acted like customers were inconveniencing them. Will not order from there again. Not rating the food as we haven’t eaten it yet but if it was made with a piss poor attitude like how they treat their customers it probably sucks

I travel once in a while since my city closed the store and tore the building down. I miss it. We arent a big city but that is where i bought pizza. When im in a city that has a Papa Murphys i get one and take it home.

This is the most delicious take and bake pizza available!!The staff are very generous with the toppings and the pizzas have a greater amount of toppings than if you went to a regular pizza place!!!We moved to Iowa from California last year and were pleasantly happily surprised to find this store about 2 miles away from home.We also love the meatballs that can be used several different waysWe visit this store at least once a week and thank ALL the staff.Thank you,Earl Nicholson

Pizza is always good but i wish they’d call to tell you if they were out of product. 2 of the 3 items i ordered were out and i wasn’t aware until i arrived so definitely ruined my families whole dinner as we waited 30 minutes to pick up.If i ordered pizza from ANY other pizza place, they’d tell you if they were out of something but not this place. this is the 4th time it’s happened to me so i guess we just won’t return. annoying.
