Submitted a mobile order before arriving at the drive thru line. Told them I had a mobile order to pick up and they got sassy with me. I only did it to help, thinking I was doing them a favor that way. Then, at the window they told me to allow the stated time on the mobile order next time. However, I submitted the order at 7:27am and picked it up at the window at 7:38am, and the app said pick up estimated at 7:39, so being a minute early I could do without the attitude. Especially considering I left a tip.

The young girl making the drinks was busy flirting with another co-worker and apparently wasn't able to multi task. Ordered 2 drinks and paid a pretty price for 2 cups full of milk and cream. When I mentioned the amount of milk I was told "that's how it's made" we order these drinks DAILY (don't judge lol) so I know how they are made. Very disappointing and I will NEVER return to this location.

We were on a road trip and made a quick stop here. There is plenty of free parking and a huge food market right across from Starbucks. It’s the usual Starbucks product - so it’s good. Friendly staff too.

I usually avoid Starbucks in the Hy-Vee finding them inferior to Starbucks, locations and other places, however, due to geographics in time restraints, here I am.Being greeted with a smile, makes a huge difference, and my latte was right there for the first time in a Hy-Vee's, not noticeably different than a regular Starbucks. Then I walk over and get eight dollars for two eggs over easy bacon in an English muffin. It's like I eat for half price! Clean fast delicious great attitude that'll get you five stars every time

In and out quickly. This location was close to our hotel and a great stop before getting back on 80. Very clean and our coffees were made perfectly.
Well walked in today around 7:49am greeted employee with a good morning and got a flat “hey” when my order came up the other employee gave me the same flat tone ! Please if you don’t like your job find a better one. Definitely won’t be back there—-I don’t usually pull the race card but they sure was friendly with a different customer till I arrived ! Crazy thing is I still tipped them !

Neither of them washed their hands before taking a woman's order and making her drink. Very unsanitary.I decided against a coffee and left instead.

09/16/2021Manager failed to show up to work leaving one employee who is in training left alone. He did not have access to any registers, any systems etc., as he is IN TRAINING. People looked horribly on this as I have made it public on social media as well. Hire reliable managers. Do better.
