Absolutely amazing service today! Cael was our server, we asked many questions as it was our first time ever being there. Anything he was unsure of, he didn't hesitate to go find out the answer and let us know! He was very accommodating to our party of 6 plus our daughter in a highchair. We then got to meet the owner! He came to our table to make sure everything was great and asked how he could assist! We got on the subject of the boom boom sauce in which he let us know it had a bit of kick. We then got to taste test the Chili that was AMAZING! He came back to let us know his additional specials he serves throughout the week. He mentioned meatloaf, which is my absolute favorite thing! He proceeds to bring out a peice of meatloaf for us to try and take with us. I wore jeans today and not my stretchy pants! I was busting at the seams walking out of there with plenty to take home just from our regular order!! I can't wait to share this mom and pop restaurant with so many others!! keep up the great work and making everyone that walks through the door feel like family ♡

the food here has really improved!! we love the fries and shakes, super flavorful. I highly recommend the cheese frenchie, it is unbelievably good. the theme is also super cute for dining in!! they also have really good ranch if you love homemade ranch as much as i do.

First and foremost, this is a diner, or more accurately it's diner food in a strip mall. Don't expect fancy or unique menus, it's a DINER.That said, the food was exactly what I expect from a typical American diner, the menu is exactly what you should expect at an American style diner.The service on my last visit was ... mediocre ... not bad exactly, but nothing beyond the minimum service the server could give without losing her job.

Arrived just after they opened on a Monday and several customers were already eating. I got the tenderloin fingers, brunch burger and a pop and it was <25$, extremely reasonable prices. Food was great, very fast and hot. They let me take a to-go pop so that was great! Only gripe was the "boom boom sauce" is a little low on the flavor ( but it's ok), and our waffle fries were VERY crispy. The atmosphere reminded me of the small town bar/restaurants in SW MN. I'll definitely come back.

You can tell this a struggling mom & pop restaurant. Just wish they put in more effort It's not that clean inside found hair in my food and hours are not consistent. Sorry about the review, but it's the sad truth.

In the year since we moved to Altoona, this is our favorite place. The staff are consistent and friendly and quick to bus tables. They are calm when it gets crazy and seem to always be smiling. I've had the chili burger, steak sandwich a few times, the hot ham and cheese, and the tenderloin. Their seasoned fries are so hot and crispy. There are daily specials, and the food is made in-house as opposed to microwaved pre-made food. I believe the owner is named Mark. He cashes people out and cooks. He's very passionate about his business and has every reason to be. We love supporting this business and highly recommend it!
