Taco Bell had the worst service I could have ever received tonight. I’m usually not one to complain about restaurants or fast food but tonight it took them 5 minutes to ring in a bean an cheese burrito, within these 5 minutes I asked multiple times that it is only bean and cheese no onions and add sour cream. I get my food and go to grab things out of the bag and a taco that I didn’t even order comes out and spills all over my passengers seat. I ordered two things and a side of sour cream, I didn’t receive any sour cream, my burrito had no sour cream and had onions on it and like ALOT of onions.I also asked for mac n cheese that I didn’t receive last weekend and they are out. I understand if it’s an issue of they literally have no more but they are open for another 2 hours so why not make more?Cherry on top I call when I get home to tell them that my burrito has onions and that im beyond disappointed with the service and the taco spilled in my car and I get told “that’s on you”. My mom and I went back and got a refund, they did it immediately no questions asked as if they knew what they did and didn’t say sorry or anything for the whole issue. Then continued to talk smack as we left the store and went back out to my car. I could literally see this employee staring out of the windows talking smack right at us.I will add that there was one lady out of the whole staff with black hair and tanner skin who was so nice and sweet. The shift manager and other boy working are another story though.

I went in here with a freind to just get too burritos and as soon as we step in we where treated poorly and rudly by what look like the Manger,made us feel very unwelcome having a constant attitude with us they where pretty fast too getting us our food but I can see why they gave us the wrong order on top of that the food looks all gross, the burritos where just thrown together and the entire bottom of the bag was wet these people seriously need somone too check in on them.

Went to pickup a Taco Bell order here and they tell me they don't do pickup orders here. What? Y'all need to fix your online ordering if you don't do online orders. Staff is rude as hell too.

Kiddos wanted tacos. The only thing available KFC. Food was extra greasy and messy. The establishment and staff were ok.
The workers were helpful & made the orders correctly, even with a new person.

Worst food quality ever! Ordered 2 chalupas and 3 soft shell tacos and all were soggy! They offered to remake and again messed up the order and made beef chalupas instead of chicken. Workers were unprofessional and only offered to remake. No apology and the employees were laughing while remaking my food. When the guy handling my order handed my food back he made a comment that his co-worker did it and I should be mad at her?!! I ended up throwing my food away! He made them wrong again. I ordered chicken not beef :(

The dining room was dirty, every table had food on them, the chairs had food on them the floor was disgusting. I didn't have my phone on me or I would have taken pictures.
