VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!! I now know why no customers where there at 5:30 pm. The portions are terribly small and expensive for no more than you get!! Won't be going back anytime soon. I think Joe Biden is running the place! Don't bother with Toco Johns!!!!Very pissed customer

The morning drive through lady reminds me of an actor in one those cheaply made HR training videos....you know the ones that demonstrate all the things you should not do in the service industry. Clearly she acts like this on the regular....I see rudeness is a constant theme in this location's reviews. Way to go ladies!!

Hungry after work around 9:30 at night. Ordered two soft shell tacos adding super hot and pico. I don't know her name, but they were probably made some of the best Taco John's tacos I've had in a minute, yo.

Drive-thru guy was very polite and nice. However when I open my Boss burrito to eat in my car, as I'm in the middle of doing laundry at a laundromat, it's split completely down the middle. This made it impossible to eat in my car. Now I have to wait until I get home so I can put it on a plate and use a fork... Which will be in over an hour, so my food will be cold. In the future please do not give someone a burrito ripped down the middle. That's not what it's supposed to be presented like. Normally when people get food to go, they're eating it on the go. The whole reason I got a burrito instead of tacos was to not make a mess in my car. And to be perfectly honest I'm not a fan of the flavor of the rice. It tastes like soap.

Stopped in for takeout after a long day. My order had some special requests due to food allergies. The staff was very rude. The old lady on the register has no business being in a customer service role, and the staff making the food were just as rude and disrespectful. This was early afternoon, so it's not like we went in five minutes before closing. Of course, the food was just as bad. This location was my Taco John's go-to, but no longer will that be the case. Avoid this location and find a different Taco John's if you want good service and good food.
