GREAT BURGS. Fries are excellent. Service is Iowa nice. Shakes are always "Iowa frozen". I even had to ask for extra lettuce for my parrot...(see picture). For a drive thru this is the best, plus you're supporting
I wouldve given them 5 stars, but today i went to this place and we ordered chili cheese fries and asked for extra extra bacon which of course i paid for it. Well the employer named Joe was talking very loudly where me and other customers could hear him saying who outs bacon on chili cheese fries? That costs more for bacon.... He continuee laughing joking about my order which was so unprofessional and i also should not been able to hear his opinion about what im ordering. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Everything else ive experienced was great. Nathan needs to do something about this.

Went through drive-through and ordered 3 combo meals. Got home 15 miles later and missed our order of 10 nuggets! Disappointed and unfortunately, it has happened before from this location. Didn't bother calling because in the past, they haven't done anything about it.

Fast food slay. This place was extremely busy with at least 7 people in front of us but the line went very fast and the food was ready minutes after we ordered. Also this is a great cheap option. The combos are very filling and cost $10 or so. Otherwise you could get a sandwich for $5. Very reasonably priced and a lot better than other fast food spots.Great service and great environment. Very clean place and very friendly people. They also had old timey music playing which helped the diner vibe.

We stopped here some 6 months ago. Every table was dirty, so we took the food to our car. We stopped back two days ago. Every table was dirty. They had at least 8 people working behind the counter and they were all socializing with each other, doing absolutely no work. We asked to have a table wiped off. The person behind the counter wiped off one booth and left everything else dirty. I ordered a double and got a single. The same person re-made the sandwich. There were no drink lids, they were out, but there were lids strewn across the counter. We asked the same person for drink lids and he gave us two lids. Someone else ordered and asked for drink lids, and the same person then restocked the lids. So - dirty place two visits in a row, made the food wrong, not stocked, and a group of people standing in a circle behind the counter with their backs turned while one person tried to do all of the work. Where is the management for this place? Not sure we will ever visit this location again.

Ordered single cheeseburger with no onion or tomato. Got both on sandwich. Ordered chili and they told us everything was in the bag, it was not. Had to show them the bag to prove it was not in there before they gave it to us.
The staff seemed more interested in messing around with each other than taking care of customers. I had two people take my order and randomly switch off and instead of charging me for the meal they charged me extra by adding the items individually and only offering a small drink cup. Very misleading as I was charged more than the listed price on the sign and will not be coming back. Ruined my whole experience.
