Double check your order before you leave the drive through they will charge you for everything you ordered and only give you half of it

The Burger King on Lincoln Way is absolutely the worst. I go to the 13th Street location, if at all possible. They always charge me for extras that they don't add. Once, I asked for extra mayonnaise. When I got to work, there was no mayonnaise on it at all. I called the store, and I was told I would receive a coupon in the mail for a free Whopper. It never came. I asked the Manager about it later on, and was told there was nothing she could do about it. I don't bother to complain after that. I guess it's partially my fault, because I keep going back. Sometimes, I just can't make it to the other location.

Now I know why the parking lot was empty and one car in the drive through. If she worked at all your stores you'd have none. Be a little more polite. 13th street is generally a great store.. the only negative is they are majorly understaffed and close around 7pm. Lincoln way is horrible.. employees do not care, the food is always cold and stale. RUDE! I go here when no other options are available like when the 13th st location is closed.
