I came in and asked what is the best thing to order. My server told me to get the bowl and it did not disappoint! Great service, very honest service. Asked for a lot of cheese and a little bit of salsa, and I got just that! Highly recommend this place to anyone! Great food, great service!

They do not satisfy the customer at a reasonable standard. And one should never expect to get their order fully complete when using the app. I’ve had to prove to employees at this establishment that items in my order were missing, after I was told they were all in the bag. Attention to detail is a large component in food handling, and this establishment does not have it. Food is great tho, never misses.

I used to always go to chipotle. And over the last few years have seen struggles with quality and availability. So I went to Qdoba and even drove 30 minutes for that. Today, I decided to try chipotle in Ames again for conceive. It’s 11:30am. They told me they are out of steak. I’m sorry but no. Not at 11:30am. Get it together.

Food is good when they got my orders right. However, as I am writing this, I am waiting for them to replace my order with the correct food that I ordered the second time. After they already gave me someone else’s order when I first picked up my order and then replaced it with an order that has missing ingredients. It’s frustrating when people who works here simply just don’t care and then give you the look of “why are you making a fuss about our mistakes?”
We ordered via Uber and decided to dine in. Got our bag of food, sat down, and realized the food we got wasn’t even what we ordered. We had them remake the order and even after the remake it still wasn’t correct. We specifically had gone up to request what was missing (meat on a salad and queso) and they were rude about it. Tables were unclean and the employees were being pretty loud and messing around.
No changing table in the restrooms. Why? It’s an easy fix.

The portion size at this location is consistently small. I first thought they were running low on stuff the first time, but after coming to this location for the past 2 years it’s just how they serve the food. If they are going to charge $10 for a bowl, I should get a complete bowl and not a half scoop of rice and meat.

Haven’t been to a chipotle in a long time but the commercials for carne asada looked good. So stop for lunch.I ordered expecting folks will prepare per the picture on the menu board. Nope. Quote “ we don’t know what the picture looks like or what is on it. You tell us”. So I guessed per the picture. The meat didn’t look anything like the picture. Small chunks of meat. A couple had fat and not chewable. Then I got charged for a side of guacamole. Clearly this should be standard on the dish as represented. I asked for lime and cilantro but was told no, it is on the meat when cooked. Overall this cost over $16 for a small bowl of food. Not worth $16. Also the girl behind the counter got annoyed when I kept asking questions about the dish and why guacamole is an additional charge. No posted prices on the menu board ( expect sides and drinks) so no way to know how much items are. Disappointing and will not go back to any Chipotle.
