I go to college at Iowa State and this is my favorite place to go when I need a pick me up. Their sugar cookies with frosting are the best! Even the drinks they offer are good. I talked to one of the owners and she was the sweetest person!

Sadly disappointed.I ordered a 15” cookie cake from here on Friday for a birthday. When I picked it up and was showed the cookie I was disappointed with the display as it looked like a 4th grader wrote the message. I was still hopeful that the taste would make up for it. I was then highly disappointed when I went to cut into it 6 hours later and it just cracked apart instead because it was so dry and hard. I did call and place my order the day before so maybe it wasn’t fresh but still not ok especially for the price.

I ate here for the first time today. Service was good- friendly and fast. I ordered an ice cream sandwich made from two monster cookies with vanilla ice cream. It was totally worth the 6$. It was a large serving, so my partner and I shared it. I wouldn't recommend trying to down the ice cream sandwich by yourself.

Stopped here when I was in town on business to try out these cookies. The kiosk is in the mall right inside. They wanted on me quickly and I got their special "crunchy chocolate chip cookie" and pecan chocolate chip cookie. Both are very good and tasted great. They were decent-sized cookie but as a word of caution, two cookies cost $5.

I grew up with Cookies Etc. at Southbridge and they are the best! I recently sent two dozen to a friend in Illinois who is recovering from surgery. They were a huge hit with her and her family. I would have loved the option to ship a big custom cookie but I get that’s more difficult. Thanks for helping brighten her day!

First time I have bought these. Ordered a box for daughter at ISU dorms. I got an email letting me know that they could deliver on a Sunday. My daughter had cookies for Valentines Day! Very happy with services. Daughter loved the cookies.

This used to be my favorite place but for a couple years they grossly undercooked the cookies where they were still very dough like. But they have gotten really good again. The monster cookies are bomb. The cute older woman who last waited on me was very sweet and was wearing a face shield and while they kind of scare me look wise I appreciated it during this time while she was working with food. She had gloves on too if I remember right. However I am disappointed they no longer have the fountain pops the mountain dew tasted so good from here! Hit the spot. My other qualm is that it's kind of pricy. The ice cream is nearly three dollars for one scoop. I could go across to wal mart and buy a whole carton of great value for that price. I'm kind of a grandma I guess, lol. But the cookies are phenomenal. You won't be disappointed. Especially with the monster cookies hint hint! Sorry I'm a n**** Try this place.

Asked for a Mocha, they gave me a Black Coffee. I told the girl there to change it, she said it is from the machine and she can not do anything. i had used the place before, but would probably never go there again.
