Many locations have high quality food, fast and courteous service, and accurate ordering. Not here. I've consistently gotten slow service (Even for Custard - it seems nobody is in a hurry there), wrong orders, and rude, interrupting drive through order takers. The food, when it is correct, is usually decent, though I've noticed the burger patties are very inconsistently salted. If you want Culver's style food, go to Freddy's or go to Culver's in Ankeny.

The most recent time I went here, the food was great as always! The service was fast as always. Culver's is my favorite place to go out to eat.Parking: There are many spots to park, including spots for handicapped parking up near the door. There is also "curd"side pick-up near the door, and even a few spots for anyone to park. It isn't usually difficult to find parking, and the drive thru does not interfere with the parking lot.Kid-friendliness: The atmosphere is very family friendly. There is nothing about this place that isn't kid friendly. They have high chairs and bibs for small children as well.Wheelchair accessibility: There are a few parking spots next to the door for disabled folks. The chairs inside the restaurant are easy to move to create wheelchair seating.

The walleye sandwich was awesome! Some of the best fish I’ve had in a while.Parking: During lunch & dinner rush hours, don’t expect to be in and out in 10-15 minutes.But the wait is not unreasonable; waiting in line, ordered, received food all within 20-25 minutes for a family of 5.

The drive through was insanely busy but the employees were all super nice and got our food out really fast even though we had a very large order. Also the employee who’s name I believe is Cody, went the extra mile with his service and I hope you guys treat him well!
I think there Mint concrete mixer is better than the Shamrock shake!

Very busy night but the staff was doing great. The girl at the register took time to explain sides to us and got our order perfect. The food came to our table hot and fresh. Best onion rings I'd had for a long time. we will be returning.

We told the cashier that we were new in Ames. He (Levi) walked us cheerfully through the menu and all the services and products at Culver's. After he brought our food he told us if we had any more questions he was happy to answer them. The food was very good and the service was fantastic! We will definitely go back.
