Went through the drive up for 2 large blizzards, placed my order and proceeded to wait about 10 minutes. 3 cars ahead, not moving. No one behind me so I thought I’d just go in and grab them. I was sure they probably had them ready by now. I go in and said hey I was in the driveThrough but the line wasn’t moving so I thought I’d come in and grab the blizzards. I’m met with snooty attitude, refusal to serve me, and told I have to wait my turn. I’m like whatever… proceeded to wait and be ignored, then when my “turn” came up, she blinked excessively and said my total. I handed her my card as I was ready to go.. she TURNS AROUND. Grabs them all ready made from the freezer and hands them to me. Basically made me wait to feel in control of something but she was unreasonably out of line with her attitude and unwilling to provide customer service. She could have just said “oh that’s fine, we already have them made anyways. I’ll grab your total”. Nope. ?? miserable employees with desperate need of attitude adjustments. I would give 0 ⭐️ if I could.

I'm here dining in around dinner and everyone on staff is very kind. A couple in the back seem to fancy snide drama but thats their karma not mine. Otherwise the others had good manners, friendly & the DQ had a clean atmosphere. %100

Good food as always, employees are terrible. Was eating inside and the employees were arguing loudly, saying fowl language. Customers had walked in and they were ignored service because the cashier was too busy arguing. Couldn’t eat in peace due to the multiple F-bombs

Excellent service. Everyone was kind to us and made our orders fast.
We went on a Sunday around supper time. Place was fairly empty in the dinning area and the atmosphere showed just as much. There was no energy there. The workers, albeit probably high schoolers had no energy to show. Had the atmosphere of a dying restaurant. The prices did not match the quality of the food at all. Really sad to see such a giant in my childhood fall so far from grace.

Always takes a minute to get your ice cream. It seems the prices are getting higher but the quantity of food is getting smaller. Every time I get the same thing it's always different either I have to pay for a sauce or you get one free or they don't give you the bread that comes with the basket or you get your food put in a box one time or in a fry container the next.Dietary restrictions: They have nothing for lacto intolerant people which is pretty disappointing
