After working at this store, it is depressing to see how the customer service has been. For a company to Pride themselves on the customer is always right! It saddens me when I ask for extra toppings just to be told that it's only a .15 amount after buying extra. Extra is .5 or 50% more toppings. Despicable. As much as I want to see this store prosper, this is Unacceptable.

After being on friendly terms as a friendly neighbor I’m disappointed to say this Dominos location no long expresses itself as a neighborhood friend. I don’t know if this is a change in corporate philosophy or a bad night or moral decline.

Sadly, it's chaos ordering pizza here. Constantly behind and under staffed. Those at the store need more help from management. Better order an hour early on weekends and watch your texts for when it goes in the oven.

If you live in an apartment, don't get delivery. They couldn't figure it out. They cancelled our order and said that they needed written instructions. Never had to put written instructions for any other delivery. Not hard. When you walk in you buzz the apartment needed the door opens and you deliver it. They never pushed the buzzer. They just cancelled.

They can't make a pizza to save their lives. Wrong ingredients. Wrong crust. One pizza baked till it was dry and the other pizza not cooked long enough. This isn't the first time my order has been Wrong. Its the 2nd time. There won't be a third. I'll find another pizza place to give my money too.

Like the fourth time I've gotten a pizza and essentially had to tear it with my hands cuz the slices were non existent. Do you guys actually cut pizzas into slices or just roll the pizza cutter on top of the cheese to make it look like there are slices?I ordered a Philly cheese steak pizza and I might as well have ordered a vegetarian because it's a whole lot of mushroom onion and green pepper and like 1 shred of meat per 'slice'. (That is, if they separated like slices, which they didn't..again)Seriously little ceasers, stay open later. So much better of an option for cheap pizzas.

This is quite possibly the only chain location I've ever been to that I'm impressed by the staff. I come here quite a lot, and they always say "have a good day" as I'm leaving. Every time! Normally you'd expect to eventually get the "slacker employee" that puts minimal effort into everything, including their interactions with customers, but I've never run into that here. Pretty deserving of the full 5 stars if you ask me.
