Got my food cold and as hard a rock. No joke. And when I called the store to ask if it was possible to get it remade, I was disrespected and hung up on twice. How sad is it to pay for food that you want to enjoy and you get it and you can’t eat it.

It's McDonald's, what else can you say. Food and service was good. Wait.time in the drive-thru was what you'd expect.
Night manager was rather stubborn, almost rude. Store policy does not affect those that don't work there. Conversation was stimulating, not in a good way either.

It's a McDonald's, don't know why you're reading a review on one.No sense in having the little counter numbers if they're just going to call your number ans have you pick it up yourself

Foods good, but they messed up my order with the car infront of me and gave them my food, then proceeded to tell me to wait in the wrong spot.

Ive never seen someone put such little effort into their job.
Somethings always broke, unavailable, no ice for sodas, burgers not made correctly. Cold fries, cold hash browns, under cooked breakfast sandwiches.

Usually, I have experienced pretty constant food quality when dealing with McDonald's, but on this trip, it was very poor. Four meals were ordered, and out of the four, three tasted dry and overcooked. I had also ordered one diet Coke and one regular Coke, and when handed the drinks, they couldn't even tell me which one was diet. If I hadn't already been on the road, I would have gone back for a full refund.

This is probably the most ridiculous encounter I’ve ever had with fast food and I’m not happy about it12/26/23- went to get a mc chicken with nuggets and fries. Fries and nuggets were soggy like rubber. And get this. NO MC CHICKEN. The main course of the meal completely forgotten (no receipt was given)Okay no big deal i’ll just go again the next day12/27/23- the very next day I order fries and a mc chicken. Guess what they did….. THEY FORGOT IT AGAIN. I wasted over $10 for nothing. Not like I can get a refund because they never gave me a receipt. For both orders. I did the survey but I’ve heard nothing in reply. I’m never ever going here again. Absolute waste of money. As someone who has worked in fast food yes I get it, it’s hard but forgetting the receipt? Really? That’s pathetic.
