Just a normal fast food place to me but prices are a bit high there and parking there is not very easy with all the traffic there.

The delivery isnot really good, it is indicated that it would be handed over, they don’t even ring the door lock, they just leave it under the door and leave. several times they sent me food in advance, an hour in advance! They are often late, I don’t remember what they would have arrived on time, but the food is not even bad, so my rating is like this

Terrible all around. Very rude and food was awful. Worst Panda Express I’ve been to. Panda Express usually isn’t great but it’s consistent. The lady who took my order acted as if I was wasting her time, and she had somewhere else to be at.

Went through the drive-thru ordered food the girl asked if I would like to donate I could not understand what she had said so I asked what nicely and then she repeated herself I said no thanks and then ordered my food when I got to the window I could hear her telling her coworker very loudly that it was her pet peeve when someone says what to her instead of I'm sorry what was that if she wants her feelings validated over her pet peeves she needs to go to therapy to learn that no ones has to validate her feelings over a pet peeve because I'm not the one and then the other girl kept saying thank you and I said thanks I wasn't rude to them at all I got my food and left

I've eaten at several Panda Expresses and loved the food I had at the other ones. This was a great disappointment. I ordered the black pepper angus beef, which elsewhere has had a wonderful fresh grilled taste and aroma; this was just a few, a very few, chunks of overcooked pot roast. The display had a lot of lovely broccoli florets all over the top, but when I got home and opened mine there was exactly one, very small fragment of floret and the rest was stems. Small tree trunks. They must keep the good stuff on top to entice orders but in serving, scoop the cheap stuff from the bottom.
Food is always fantastic but I had a not so pleasant interaction with a staff member. I was placing my order at the drive thru and I had a hard time hearing what was said so I said politely "what was that?" and then he started speaking to me slowly and sarcastically. I will keep coming back for the food because it's great, but the customer service needs work.

I have eaten here a couple of times. when you go in and you order you tend to get a nice portion and it seems like they don't try to fill you up on the vegetables only. Yesterday I had a 25% off coupon and when we got the food home it was the bigger plate that we got so we had a small container. There was a total of six small pieces of chicken amongst vegetables We opened the big plate, and it was sparingly chicken, and the helping was not very big. It left me feeling they were going to make up that 25% somehow. I feel they have a quality product. I just don't feel when you order the takeout portion that it is equal for the same price as when you eat in.
