Food is ridiculously expensive at Panera. It should not cost more than a standard sit down restaurant.

Absolutely love this place they always have amazing food but the new renovations make me so upset. It's all sad beige!! It used to feel so cozy and warm, now it feels like a waiting room.

The quality of the food has really gone down in the past 2 months. I cancelled my subscription because of it. Almost every time I order something for delivery or take out its incorrectly made or they forgot something. It's really disappointing because I loved Panera before this.

I wanted to check the prices before I order in their website. Unfortunately without creating an account it is not possible to see the food price. I ate their sandwich in a program so I was interested to buy one for me. They are forcing me to create an account just to check the food prices. Not a good business policy. Never going to buy anything from here.

I was disappointed that there weren't more gluten-free options and when I ordered a sandwich with no bun I didn't even get any condiments. Very boring for the amount of money spent.Dietary restrictions: I know it's not easy to accommodate all dietary needs but other fast food places even have GF buns.

We had the south west chicken Caesar salad and broccoli and cheddar soup in a bread bowl, they were both great choices and I would get them both again!

Lack of attention to detail. They have messed up our orders multiple times! Can you get some employees that care, or can read! For the price they can’t get our order right! This place has gone downhill! If you think Panera, just don’t!

I was so excited to eat Panera Bread today for lunch, but that didn’t happened!I personally called and put in my order , giving my card information over the phone, and apparently my order was never even put in the computer completely. (Whatever that means) We were insured that our order was complete and will be ready in 15mins. We spent 20mins to get to Panera , just for them to tell us , they seen our order , but it’s gone. Without even an apology, also do to their busy time wait and us not having extra time to wait. We left with no food , but with a bad taste in our mouth from Panera Bread…

Horrible experience. You are liars. GET BETTER MANAGEMENT. Poor service. I scheduled a pick up for bagels 7:50 the day before. I arrive at 7:50 and my order isn’t ready yet. I see you put pick up orders that were scheduled for 8am on the shelf but mine is no where to be found. At 8:05 your associate tells me it takes time to toast them. Does she not realize I gave you advance notice?????? At 8:15 I finally get my order. ALMOST HALF AN HOUR AFTER THE TIME I SCHEDULED .

About like most paneras. Food is good, but the prices are getting a bit out of hand.

This is a great spot to meet someone for coffee or a light sandwhich.

Why are you always out-of bread bowls every day by 6 pm?Imagine selling more and being prepared. Crazy.

I wish the lines were shorter. Maybe the kiosks would help.
