The server did not wrap the sandwich properly. So, half of my sandwich fell on ground just after lifting it from the counter. I told him about this but he did not even care about what happened. Such a pathetic service I did not expect. My money went to waste actually. From the beginning also his attitude was very rude and in the end it just went worse.

Every time I door dash at night, the workers slice the sandwich’s in half so bad. One side is big and the other half is a small little piece. At that point don’t bother slicing it because that’s so pointless and kind of annoying. They never do that when I come in for lunch. and I mean the food is always good but why do all the closers slice the bread like that??

Please don't waste your time ordering here.The first time I ordered the French dip they made it with corned beef and no au jus. I decided to give them another chance and they deliver my order with no drink or au jus. I called the store and they said the driver forgot the drink and their out of au jus, no refund or discount. Just "deal with it"This is the last time I'll be ordering from this sub par sandwich shop.

haven't tried the food yet however the service was absolutely terrible. asked for help at the kiosk because I couldn't figure out how to add a certain thing and the cashier just said "it should be on there" and was rude the whole time we ordered. waited 20 min for two sandwiches and 2 shakes and at the last second told us that they didn't have chocolate so decided on a new flavor and the straws weren't stocked and there was only one left in the cup so asked him if we could have another straw bc it was empty and he proceeded to grab a handful walked right past us completely dismissing the fact that we were just waiting for one and didn't say a word and we were the only people in the restaurant so if you're looking for decent service this is not the place And he was also wearing earbuds and could barely hear anything we were saying

I went in for a quick lunch, I had a super friendly cashier. I live in the surrounding apartments so it's the easiest place for me to go grab a bite to eat when I'm hungry. I think they're under new management or something because the place has had some great changes

I had a fantastic experience at Which Wich! The worker, Alex, was incredibly nice and did an outstanding job. The sandwich I ordered was delicious, and the service was top-notch. I'll definitely be returning for more tasty sandwiches and friendly service.

Hate to complain, but my experience was lacking at this location. Waited over 30 minutes for a sandwich. Oven was broke and only one person doing it all behind the counter. Asked about my sandwich several times as others were getting their sandwiches who came in after. They finally made it. The sandwich, although expensive, was okay. Unsure of the issue, but was not a great experience.

A great sandwich restaurant. Loved there ultimate BLT. The avocado spread is a huge plus, make the sun very creamy and tasty. Also the logo is very stylish, love the contract yellow and black color combo. No apparent parking lot, but walkable distance from city campus.

Not worth going to. Philly cheese steak was way more bread than sandwich. Staff was pleasant, but clearly bored. Restaurant is poorly located - really only accessible by foot. Guessing it will be gone in the next year or so.

Disappointing stop at this location. We usually enjoy our experience here. However, when I ordered two Oreo shakes, the employee said they were out of milk that day, even though they had just opened a half hour before. They were also out of ketchup for my fries. (This place doesn't open until 11 - stop at a grocery store on your way in!) The man working promised to refund the amount of the 2 shakes from my payment. However, it's 6 days later, and no refund. They don't answer their phone either. Women's restroom was also not very clean, and table tops were somewhat dirty.
