This is always a hit with out of town guests. It's one of my favorite stops for a quick bit to eat and it's no wonder why they are busy during meal time. I've had the chicken sandwich several time and honestly the chocolate shakes are really good.

Went through the drive thru yesterday for lunch for my toddler. The line was crazy for drivers side so we went through passenger side and I let him pass the money out his own window and get his food. He loved it and the guy working the window was amazing with him! He had the biggest smile!

Let me start by saying I am a fan of the burgers at b-bops.. I eat there frequently.. usually a good meal for reasonable price. Monday I stopped in for their manic Monday. $1.99 for 1/4 lb hamburger. They were busy as usual with long drive thru lane. I get to order box and ask if I can add bacon. Guy says sure. So I ordered 1 with bacon tomato and onion and a 2nd with bacon lett and tomato. The guy asked if I wanted to add cheese. I said no.. then he tells me the cost. Like $12.95. So I asked where that number came from? I said $8 bacon? He paused and answer was his manager said to charge for 2 bacon cheeseburgers and subtract the cheese? Wtf, makes no sense. Says because of the special.. can add cheese to special but not bacon? Seems right. Then charge me for cheese they were not putting on to boot. So I said scratch the bacon. And his reply was to repeat the order but minus the items that I requested be the only thing on them.. I lost it. Repeated what I wanted and they said the cost of like $4 something. I drive around and manager handled my transaction with no explanation for wacky pricing.. But $8+ for 4 strips of bacon seems unreasonable.. this really soured me on this location. Not sure if I can give up my b-bops but will never return to this location.. handled it poorly and seemed like a cash grab. They can screw someone else over..

We haven't been to a b-bops in years! They make good food here for being "fast food". They have good size sandwiches for adults, when compared to their competitors. We got prompt service when we pulled up in drive thru.. We enjoyed our cheeseburger and tenderloin with fries. All 3 items were great!The reasons for only 4 stars-- We had to yell so that the employee could hear us when ordering. They do not have any kids meals or even anything on the menu that would be suited in size for the littles. That was seriously shocking to both myself and my 4 year old. Right now, at her age, happy meals are the reason we even get fast food once in awhile. We asked for ketchup and mayonnaise and then a different employee brought the food to the window and they didn't have any in the bag. So we waited and waited for someone to come back to the window. We eventually knocked on the window to get their attention (he was literally standing right there in the window next to us filling drinks). Not sure how one doesn't notice someone not leaving the window, whi is also waving their band right beside their face? Haha I only wanted the darn ketchup and mayonnaise :( They are my favorite go-to things with French fries. Anyone else do this?? The employees barely said a word to us. I think they literally only said our total to us when we pulled up to the window. Lol After that.. nothing... I even thanked them multiple times and apologized for any inconvenience to them (even though I had asked right away at the window, so as not to have to make them go back for them). All of the employees we seen working there were all very young kids. So maybe it's just so strange new generation thing? After saying all of this, their fries are BOMB! If we ever decide to try it again, I may just order a large French fry and nothing else! Hahaha

Love B-Bops. Was upset I was told my order was five and some change, only to be charged 12. Had 2 orders in on vehicle and they couldn't figure out whose was whose. They didn't even fix it. Also order something as listed on the menu, and they were confused on how we wanted it. I know fast food can get hectic sometimes, so I chalked it up to just that.

We went thru drive thru and I thought our wait time for how many people were there was a fair amount. Every b-bops we had gone to was totally loaded with people and idiots just parkin in the street, like that's a smart thing to do these days! This b-bops team was on the ball and serving piping hot meals and bein speed demons about it! I gave them a 4 for for atmosphere cuz I mean c'mon it's a drive thru and definitely not the 70's 80s or 90's anymore! But high-ly recommend!Parking: Not really sure because we went thru drive so didn't honestly pay attention to parking lot!Kid-friendliness: My kiddo loved the bright neon lights! We as adults don't think it's spectacular but for some good folks from the country......and their kids.....it's pretty awesome! Haha
