I came to the place to get the big Acai and this look like a got the power bowl in the big cup. I swear the bowl was half way full and it has more oatmeal that anything else. We asked the person who made it he stated that he was the owner. He was rude AF. Bad customer service. I been here before and I never had this problem, I always asked for the same thing, so I know how the bowls.looks like, I was getting an acai twice a week, but not anymore. You lost a customer that I was spending close to $60 every week (buying for me and my daughter). Sorry but you need good customer service, your employees have better customer service than you (owner).

Açaí was "okay" but not impressed with the establishment whatsoever- especially the employees as one was sitting on the counter eating her own açaí bowl while on social media (on phone) when we were asking questions and then as we hung out to eat our treat. I asked about the ingredients inside the gf granola due to other allergies I have and she nor the other gal had a way of knowing, which in my opinion is very unsafe and not helpful or accommodating to the safety of their customers (No binder with allergens listed, no labels to check, not willing to reach out to management to ask, etc.)Medium bowl was not even filled half way, so probably would of filled the small bowl. Bottom line the customer service and lack of help with allergies is what I find a big deal.

I ordered the acai smoothie, and it was one of the worst smoothies I've ever had. No fruit flavor or really any sweetness at all, very bland. Texture was unpleasant with lots of small pieces of ice. Staff was nice - only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1.

Paid an extra $4 for the biggest size, just for it to not be even full and probably about the same amount as the power size. Employees always seem annoyed that you’re there and aren’t friendly. Texted me that my online order was ready (took 30 min) but still stood around for 5 min while they actually made it. Been here several times but the last few times have not been good experiences.

Love going to this place. Everytime I go I'm always treated with a great attitude and also a clean and well filled bowl no matter the size. Ive tried all types of acai bowls and nothing compares in taste or size to cost ratio. Will be a forever customer.
I have never had açaí in my life! Then I tried a bowl from Big Açaí in Ankeny, IA. It was AMAZING! The fruit was so fresh, the owner is a friendly guy who made for a great atmosphere. Worth a try!

We live in Minnesota, but my family is all over the midwest. I'm so glad that I found this place! We love to stop here on long car trips. This is the perfect place to get something healthy and refreshing.The staff is always super nice and accommodating. I got the coconut, acai, chia seed pudding, granola, honey, strawberries, and banana on my last stop and it was delicious! I love to mix it up and try something new each time.I'm so happy we have this option instead of fast food.

Big Açaí is SO AMAZING! I have always loved açaí bowls, but it is hard to find places that make them correctly. Big Açaí makes them perfectly! I could eat here three times a day they are so good!I recommend the Original Açaí base (comes with banana and granola toppers), blueberries, honey, peanut butter, and chia seeds or bee pollen. Absolutely the best I’ve had in a LONG time!
