I thought it was really weird that we did not all get our food at the exact same time. By the time I was done eating my son got his Burger. I feel like timing could be better. The food was all right even though my other son's chicken strips were seasoned heavily. We did wait 10 minutes before the waitress came to take our order which was kind of frustrating since the place wasn't busy but I understand being understaffed. Every now and again I try to give this place a try because a lot of people like it and my opinion doesn't really change it's just an okay place if you don't drink and watch sports there.

Came in about 1.5 hours before the Iowa State Sweet 16 game, took about 2-3 minutes to be seated and was pleasantly surprised. First few drinks were cold and poured well, but not full. Apps came out hot and fresh, service was attentive. That was about the end of the good.Took 1 hour and 27 minutes to receive food when the place was at HALF capacity or less. No management in sight, 15 dry rub wings came out overdone and barely warm. Next beer had no head and was almost 3/4 full, saw our server spill a ton of it. Had to go to the bar multiple times to refill water and napkins, was never asked how the food tasted after being served, just asked if I was ready for the check 20 minutes after being served. Will be back if management addresses this, did not seem understaffed tonight. Doordash orders were going out very quick, but did not attend to customers in house.

Not busy at all, waited 10 min to be seated another 10 min before a server came and talked to us.My sons chicken tenders came out first, then my wife's boneless wings came out 5 min later, and my traditional wings came out 10 min after that. Very weird to bring it all separately like that

Had to send back fried pickles twice. About half the first batch was under cooked then second batch was overcooked, also half the amount you used to get back in the day for $10! Super greasy cheeseburger that soaked the bun, cold fries and bland Mac and cheese. There was only 4 tables!!! Definitely gone down hill with quality!

The bartender was awesome the service and servers were hilarious. Drinks were perfect and not too heavy. The problem was the rude and unprofessional shift manager for the night…. Talking about how she should be making drinks for herself and how much she hates the bar and how she can’t find anyone to do her bidding. She didn’t know where anything was and ordered people around like she knew more than them and clearly she didn’t. She openly talked about her staff as all being “victims”. Then she comes out acting out finger guns to herself. A wellness check seems appropriate for this “manager”. Tamara treat your staff better and maybe ask them what you can do to assist.

Great food I recomend al of the food on the menu! The service is top notch! The only complaint that I have is that you get some of the food not all of the food for that order at the same time. PLEASE FIX THE ORDERING FOR THE SAME TABLE! I don't like the fact that if all of my family orders at the same time my 3 yr old has to wait 20 to 30 mins to get his food while the rest of us eat!

Why does this place smell like nasty beer? Corporate needs to get involved at this point. Hire a moving company. Have them move everything out. Then bring in the cleaners. Sheesh. I won’t let my dog eat in this place.

Firstly, we walk in and stand at the apparently ironically named “greeting area” for literally 10 minutes while being gazed upon by staff blatantly walking around clearly absent mindedly; after finally admitting defeat and walking over to the bar, as of this writing, I’ve not spoken to a single employee. So I again, give up, and order through scanning the barcode.Rescinding the “not spoken to anyone” as we’ve now been approached by what I assume is someone in a supervisory position “helping”, to use her words.I would love to say this is uncommon at this location but it’s not at all uncommon here. Whenever we are crunched for time, it’s a joke that we can go to El Azteca and be back out by the time we are even sat at BWW but they were closed today because of weather.Food was mediocre, wasn’t particularly warm. Since the online ordering doesn’t have a place to order the side rubs I prefer, had to ask for those separately and got through with half my wings before getting my secondary seasoning. Ask for straws, to no avail, never received straws.I will, however, add that the person in supervisory position running around was above satisfactory as she was performing many tasks and noticed I was almost done with my drink and brought another without having been prompted to do so; she cannot perform everything by her lonesome.As a regional director myself, I recognize the importance of staffing and the yearning to find quality staff nowadays. I’ve not been to this location for dinner service so I cannot speak to that but lunch service has always been lacking. Please consider auditing your lunch service staff moving forward to avoid the issues stated above.Also, I’d like to add a point of cleanliness to your facilities as well; when you walk in, it’s an assault to the senses as you’re struck with the smell of the bathroom as well as the smell of stale beer that was presumably spilt in various places that were cleaned with very obvious lackluster gusto. The bar area isn’t bad as I assume reasoning falls close to the idea the flooring is hard wood laminate as opposed to the dining areas carpeted surface, which is where it’s notably worse. I’d recommend to have the place deep cleaned professionally by a service after hours, if feasible financially.In closing, we do typically come here once a week at least as we do like the food in general, but only when time allows because of these issues. If you’d like to reach out for further comment, I am willing to provide you with a full detailed review upon request without completely slamming the restaurant publicly. I do recognize it’s not entirely anyone’s fault or the fault of a manager; it’s a pitfall of trying to hire in today’s environment.Thank you for your time and I do look forward to hearing from someone from this facility. Have a great day!Parking: I do recognize the issues with weather as of late but reconsider your landscape service as the parking lot is poorly plowed. I’ve got a full size pickup truck and it’s difficult to find area long enough to fit with sticking out into the main thoroughfare. If finding a new contracted service is out of the question, might I recommend the contract with said contractor and going over what is expected of them as a service to you and advise them that if it’s not performed to satisfactory standards, payment for services will be withheld.
